Do not use Janet Forino in Keller Williams, three words for her: Dishonest, aggressive and poor customer service.

Unfortunately our realtor was a good friend. Emphasis on was. She has only worked in the business for 3 years and sad to say she needs a lot more direction and mentoring. She dropped the ball in the beginning of our sale. Froze when negotiating the contract with us. Dragged her feet when relaying information from the buyers and complained about how little she made in the sale to the point we were guilted into paying her more. Sad to say our friendship has ended because of her lack of professionalism. Ms Brackett needs additional training.

We recently bought our first home and could not be more happy with the process that we went through and the realtor that we chose. Joseph O'Mahony from Keller Williams exceeded our expectations! I know they say buying a home is one of the most stressful things in a person s life but not if you have the right realtor. As first time home buyers I can say with complete confidence that Joe O Mahony not only gave us a stress-free, professional, and comfortable experience, but he also got us an amazing house that we are so proud to call home. Greatest group of agents. Every one of them. Especially Carroll and Mary-Ellen Berg. The dream team of real estate! Helped us through the purchase of our home and they made it seem like a cake walk even though it was a nightmare.

They rent to people knowing sex offenders live next door and don t disclose. Then U have to argue to get money back and only get partial. Then go right back out to rent it and don t disclose to next person as I had a secret shopper call and ask about condo. A lot of lies. I should ve known when my friend said don t use them, like a fool I did though. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU HAVE NO MORALS!

Fantastic agant! Needed to sell my father's property but the place was in my Mom's
name who died without a will. My agent walked me through every detail, was very professional, worked with myaging Dad and worked with our lawyer seemlessly. You will not find a better agent than Paige Doherty.! Licensed in both NH and MA she was always available and willing to do whatever she could to complete the process. Would use this agent again and highly recommend her to anyone needing to sell or buy property!

We started off with an agent that was recommended to us. She was okay to deal with but I could tell immediately that she was mostly concerned with her own benefits. And that was confirmed when she accidentally replied to me through email and attached was conversations between our then loan officer Barry Cohan and in that email chain they both acted extremely unprofessional. Saying things like we were stupid people etc. this agent CHERYL GRANT should not be doing real estate and you should NOT let her buy or sell your next house.

Such an up beat organization... Everyone's glass is full. I only visit once in a while but when I do, Keller Williams makes me feel like family.... Since Stephanie Latvis Is my daughter, I guess I am part of the family.

Smooth process, knowledgeable realtor with an outstanding supporting group of well versed people to bounce ideas off of to get the best offer out there to sellers.
