This place is a joke along with their supposed medical clinic! Came in and the person told me to it in the area to the right if the fabric current. First of all what a joke!!!! A curtain to separate covid positive or high suspicion of positive from "non-suspicion"??? Yeah, that's going to help! NOT. AND THE LADY SAT 2 OF US WITHOUT ANY RISK ON WRONG SUDE BC SHE COULDNT REMEMBER WHICH SIDE WAS WHICH! COMPLETE IDIOTS!
DONR GET ME STARTED WITH ISSUES TO DO WITH THE CLINIC.....THE ONLY PERSON THAT DESRVES RESPECT NOT TO MENTION A SINCERE APOLOGY FROM ME IS JESSICA.

I am very grateful to the staff there. I am from Wisconsin and my sister is from Kansas. My twin sister is very sick. The staff was very friendly and understanding to our needs. They made sure what little time we had in Huntsville that we got to spend as much of it as we could with our very sick sister. They gave us the most precious thing we could ever ask for and that was very valuable time to spend with our sister. I would like to say thank you to everyone who made it possible for to be with our sister.

Embarrassed to even say that I worked at this Hospital. Employees are always in a bad mood/lazy... My supervisor begged me to come to work DURING a pandemic while I was sick (experiencing cough and congestion..) because the lab was understaffed. I can honestly say that I would not take any of my loved ones to this hospital under any circumstance. Management is also HORRIBLE. I hardly ever give bad reviews, but this place barely deserves one star...

I recently visited this hospital yesterday and was in severe pain thank you that I am at another place now receiving the proper care that I need unfortunately these people did not give me a pillow or the attention that I needed but seemed like they cared for every other person and were more attentive then they could even function on me their staff is rude their doctors are rude and this hospital seriously needs to be looked into

Doctors and Nurses were very friendly. They took great care of me place was extremely busy tho. But with Covid you can understand. These are real doctors and nurses not some damn tiktok dancing loons. One of the best hospitals I ever have been in!

This is the worst excuse for a hospital. The food would make my dog sick. Can't get toilet paper, then there isn't any roller to put it on. How can I get my strength back if I can't eat? I feel bad for the staff here but you'd think they could at least get food that people can eat.

This is pitiful excuse for a hospital. Should be shut down immediately Went to their er yesterday to get some kind of treatment after being bitten the day before by a possibly rabid racoon.
After being signed in I waited 3 hours to be seen. Their were only 2 others in waiting room waiting to be seen. They never got seen either. The staff acted as if they couldn't care less about the patients. I finally had to get up and leave as it had become apparent that I was not going to be seen any time soon I can now understand where their sub par reputation came from. I thought everything had changed but apparently not. That guy running the place, Smith or whatever his name is, needs to be dismissed

Went last night as I ve been having extreme discomfort and pain in my neck. When I finally got a chance to see the doctor she wouldn t even listen to my symptoms she put on the biggest glove possible, insinuate what I was saying wasn t true, patted my neck and told me nothing was wrong with me. I m having to go to Lufkin today. If you want treatment for your condition go some where else, this place is a waste of time and money.

10 out of 10 would recommend driving right past this place and going somewhere else. Tested for Covid told me to wait on discharge and that I needed to get away from people and quarantine then proceed to make me wait in the Er for another 3 hours on top of the other 2 waiting on results.

I haven't been to any ER in years, unfortunately I had to go last night for heat exhaustion and dehydration. We waited about 15 minutes in the lobby they took me straight back and took care of my needs, I had my doubts because when we walked in it didn't look like the best hospital but most buildings in Huntsville are very old. I had the best Care and would go back if I needed too
