She will work day or night to find your perfect home or sell you house at the right price. She showed us over 30 homes and we found our forever home, because of our special needs it was difficult and within a week we had found our home, a lot of houses but Kayla did it. She is amazing find her and ask for her to help you, you will not regret it.

The only reason I'm giving them one star is because I was almost scammed into renting a house that is for sale!!! I feel like the owner should respond there's nothing on zillow or anything warning people that someone is scamming people!!! I feel like the lack of empathy lead to my overall decision!!!
Watch out job applicants. Bait and switch. Keller Williams Key Partners in prairie village ks. Is posting jobs like administrative assistant, etc at $20-30 per hour. Conducting 10 minute phone interviews. Having you take the KWP tests. To only try to get you to pay and attend their R.E. School!! This is beyond misleading. Its a SCAM.
My wife and I live in our Dream Home. We have ever since we first moved into it. It is EVERYTHING that we wanted in the home where we will reside very likely for the rest of our lives. We couldn't possibly be happier with it. The reason that we live in this beautiful home that we feel blessed to wake up in every single day is that an absolutely incredible real estate agent who has many years of experience and a real talent for helping people to find the perfect home of their dreams helped us to navigate the immeasurably complex home purchasing process and ultimately find our Forever Home. That real estate agent is a truly lovely woman named Keri Janda. From our first meeting with Keri, we knew that she was the perfect RE agent for us. She provided us with volumes of helpful information but never overwhelmed us. Even more importantly, she asked spectacular questions and really listened to our responses and heard what we were telling her about what we each wanted. Every home that we looked at with her was one that we could probably have been happy living in. In all, it took less than a month before we had made an offer on the home that we now reside in so very happily. Keri had notified us about it a good two weeks before it even went on the market and, when it did, we had the very first showing scheduled for it. We were already very impressed with it from the pictures that she provided us but, once we walked through it and explored all that it had to offer, we truly fell in love with this place. Two days later, our offer was accepted. Keri and her assistant made the Closing Process incredibly easy. They explained everything incredibly well and were always available to answer our questions. Keri also made some spectacular recommendations of contractors and home professionals who have assisted us in making those few small changes that have made the house even more ours. Beyond being such a wonderful agent, Keri has really become a friend a took a little time out of her busy schedule to celebrate with us when we did our final walk through just before closing on the house. She still checked back with us frequently to make certain that everything went well and that we had all that we needed. We have stayed in touch with her and have enjoyed seeing her guide others through this complex process of finding the home of their dreams. Keri is a rare and gifted realtor and quite possibly the best and smartest decision that you will ever make in your life will be to select her as the person who will introduce you to the home in which you will happily spend the rest of your life.

If I could give her 1000 percent, it would be Kayla Day. She deserves a raise or extra something. She was so so helpful for our needs. Kayla was one of the best realtors that we have worked with. We had one company representing us and they were horrible when it came to finding a house. We ran into Kayla at an open house as we were getting rid of our other realtor. She was so helpful there and we linked up and she showed us over 30 homes that were in our needs. Worked with our schedule and found us the perfect home for our family. Never get rid of her from your business because you would lose a huge asset. If you want someone to treat your right, work with your schedule and be a complete open book, find Kayla Day and have her help you.
