BUYER BEWARE.....I made a purchase at K&K Interiors in Sandusky last Friday. I paid full price, more than $100. It was not a sale item.
I changed my mind and went to return it this morning.
I was told that they do not accept returns. When I asked where it was posted they said, "It's on the bottom of your receipt". I asked how was I supposed to know that there was a no return policy prior to making the sale. They said that it was a store policy and now with "COVID and all, you know"
I called customer service and Renee called me and did listen to me, but refused to honor the return even though I am a Loyalty Member. Guess what.....I am no longer a Loyalty Member nor will I shop K&K again. By the way, Renee told me that they now have posted signs since my complaint. They should be ashamed of themselves.
I have been here multiple times in the past six months and it hasn t been open. You look it up online and it says open. You call and the phone message doesn t say it s closed but it has been closed since the beginning of the year. The sign on the door originally said closed until spring and now it says it s closed until fall. How hard is it to put a message on your phone to that effect and update your social media. Lazy!
We into the store no one said hello or ask me if I needed any help I had come to purchase a couple of candle holders and my husband and I walked through the store and left.
To clarify some confusion. The retail store, K&K Home Furnishings, which is a separate business, is indeed temporarily closed. K&K Interiors, the wholesale business, is still very much open at the Corporate Headquarters, the Distribution Centers and the Atlanta, Las Vegas and Dallas showrooms.

I have worked with K&K on two separate occasions & their designs & attention to detail is second to none in the world. They also have an amazing & extremely experienced staff that will help you put together your entire year's worth of ordering.
