I was in the process of purchasing a home, which is back on the market (hence, compelled me to write this review), from Jose Hilario a few months ago. I went through inspection and was awaiting appraisal and then closing. Three weeks before closing, the seller asked to push the closing to the week before Thanksgiving because they lost out on homes. I could not accommodate the change (and their plan of getting a house and closing within 5 weeks was a stretch given the market). And frankly, not my problem. I asked the seller to cancel and reimburse me for the cost of inspection and return my earnest money. They pushed back but eventually stated that they would move to cancel. That didn't happen. They continued to bother my agent to push the closing date back, but clearly, I wasn't going to because I could not accommodate the change. They refused to cancel, so I eventually had to cancel since I wasn't going to go through with it (thank goodness for contingencies). I lost out on $450 and a different home, but I feel lucky because who knows what I would have discovered after closing.

Based on my experience, I can only conclude that the agents at this agency have no ethics and standards. If your sellers are being jerks and unethical, then you need to hold them accountable or just drop them. It's your responsibility to communicate the implications to your sellers. They are not entitled to do whatever they want - don't put your house on the market if you don't have a backup plan.

I have been working with Jen as a preferred Realtor for years and she has proven to be a quality agent. She works very hard to help my clients understand the home buying process. Jen is great with all ages but she is a fantastic partner to help women find the right home for their personal dreams and goals.

Please do not hire Mary Belfry from this company. A 92 year old woman hired her trusting her completely because Mary was a "friend". Mary presented this woman with comps that were substantially low. She convinced her that her house was worth much less than it was. In fact she convinced her to offer her house for sale at a price that was lower than the estimated market value. Then Mary brought in a contractor to purchase the home even before she had listed the house for sale. Family members researched true comps of homes from the area that had sold close to the time that this home was sold and found that those properties sold for considerably more. Either Mary is the worst realtor or perhaps she had another reason to deceive an elderly friend.

I can't adequately express how wonderful the service was that we received from Robin Voreis and Kelly Brosdahl. Our realtor was truly invested in our success. Robin knew the market and the likely best audience for the sale of our home. The house was listed on a Thursday and we had three full-price offers by Saturday. After Robin asked buyers for last, best, and final offers, we sold our house for $30,00 above asking price. After the agreement, Robin and Kelly were constantly in touch with us as we went through the inspection, repairs, and assessment processes. The support of this entire team was deeply appreciated. I am actually sad to be done with the closing, I will miss being in touch with Robin and Kelly on a regular basis. Professional, personal, and sincerely invested. The best!

Find any other realty group! What a complete nightmare we had trying to work with this group. Our realtor was a major let down. When I reached out to the main guy - John Bolton(?) - you know the guy who is supposed to tell you everything will be ok - he never got back to me! I emailed him 6 times, text messages, phone calls, office calls... Stay away from this firm - most people don't buy and sell homes too many times in a life - so you would like to have someone work with you who respects if not you, your time. It's a low down shame that people like this can be financially successful. Thank goodness I have a load of free time and a pocket full of spite - I will never say a good word about these chumps.
