Please do not hire Mary Belfry from this company. A 92 year old woman hired her trusting her completely because Mary was a "friend". Mary presented this woman with comps that were substantially low. She convinced her that her house was worth much less than it was. In fact she convinced her to offer her house for sale at a price that was lower than the estimated market value. Then Mary brought in a contractor to purchase the home even before she had listed the house for sale. Family members researched true comps of homes from the area that had sold close to the time that this home was sold and found that those properties sold for considerably more. Either Mary is the worst realtor or perhaps she had another reason to deceive an elderly friend.
