Its been word of mouth from a client that Lucio Bo Vasquez at Keller Williams Heritage needs to be avoided at all costs as a realtor. Will not be doing business here along with others who have heard about his unprofessionalism and not being genuine.
Scott was my agent and he sold my house for more than what I asked. He was there to protect me when I needed. I recommend this agent.
Never followed up on our requests, never provided feedback after other agent showings, would not remove Zillow listing at end of contract, quick to blame SABOR with our even a phone call to them.
Stay away. They operate like a used car salesman & will find any way to nickle and dime you out of money. Unethical practices. If you are reading this, look elsewhere or you may regret it.
This event started in April, 2020 when I met Derrik Farkas. The exclusive realtor contract I soon signed ran from 4/28 8/28/2020. Derrik was personable & after hearing my home buying problems assured me that he would go the distance until I had the home I desired. As with other realtors, I was very up-front with what I was looking for which was different than most - a small place with personality & if some property was with it, all the better, but if the home fit I would even consider an in-town purchase. Quickly, after I declined buying from a few MLS listings he sent & despite my driving to the few that I was interested in but wanted to see the area & outside features of the listing without Derrik (to save him time & money), Derrik stopped contacting me, didn t return my texts & wouldn t respond to my request to be released from the contract since he was unresponsive to helping. But I never heard from him again & the contract finally expired. It has been my poor experience to meet realtors who seem not to want to do much foot-work for their clients & I was up-front that what I sought wasn t the usual home. Derrik complained quite often that homes like what I wanted didn t exist in Texas. I have been driving around areas of Texas I d like to live in & I ve seen smaller homes which interest me but they re not for sale. Why is it I can t be helped by this realty company? I don t see why a realtor is complaining to me especially after giving up within 2-weeks of our start. I'm sure this is a good business for those not on a moderate budget & who want to buy right now, regardless. But if you seek something different, ask for a different realtor, not Derrik Farkas & good luck. This is a late review but I felt it necessary to write.
While the market for a single-family home rental was very competitive, Realtor Pablo Mendizabal offered to assist us with finding a rental property. He was able to find a rental we liked within our desired area and budget while remaining patient, professional, and serving as our main point of contact during the entire process.
Pedro Salazar showed my home and left the burglar door unlocked and open all night long. I spoke to his superior Jack Hawthorn and he said he couldn t discipline his realtor for a simple mistake. I told him they do this for a living and can t lock up when they leave. I replied keep out of my home and his incompetent Realitor. Will not do business ever with a careless company.
We hired Keller Williams Heritage to manage our rental property. Initially, we were quite happy. That changed when Alexandra Christman was selected as our property manager. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness was unbelievable. She was extremely disrespectful. We would go days without answers to important questions. Now, with damage throughout our rental and the tenants having painted the interior of our house, KW Heritage claims that repairs won't be done because they don't manage our property any longer. The tenants moved out days ago. We are speechless. Avoid KW Heritage, Alexandra Christman, like the plague. We are going to be out a lot of time and money thanks to a business that was supposed to make our life easier. We are so disappointed. Learn from our mistakes.
We are out of state buyers and Karen and Chelsie have helped us through the whole process smoothly. They are very knowledgeable of the area and have been very patient with our constant questions. They both were always available for us even with different time zones. She always answered our questions diligently. We would definitely recommend these ladies without any reservations!
Worst 2 mother / daughter scam realtors who do not have the best interest of the seller/ buyer at all ! Like all the other reviews say Do Not USE this Realty company or these 2 so called realtors!! What a shame even charging ppl for this as there is no service from either one of you ! Unless you call losing a buyer because you are to lazy to return a call & ask them for a bigger down payment instead of assuming they don t have it !!
