Agent bad decision on tenant then no response on tenant misbehaving

I had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Cathy Blassimo. She used my offer to make the other buyer out bid us and ignored my agents calls for days. She is a liar and I warn everybody to not buy a house if she is the listing agent because you will be swindled. I will never use a Keller Williams agent and I will warn everybody about this agency's practice

Paula Amaker was great and I couldn t be happier with her services. From start to finish she was friendly, professional and responsive. Even after the transaction Paula kept in touch to make sure things were going okay. Just a wonderful person. Highly recommend!

I called Several times to get the selling price of a house and they did not answer do I left a message and they would never call me back

We attempted to go to two open houses listed on houses under the Keller Williams umbrella. Arrived at the first one to find no one there, even though the open house was listed on their site. Called every number, no answer. Went to another. Was second in line. Agent buzzed out and said only three at a time- cool, we appreciate Covid precautions- but had apparently also booked appointments during the open house so we were third in line and waited twenty minutes but never got admitted because they were admitting the appts. The other agents were complaining because apparently open houses and appointments should not be available simultaneously. Really unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I would highly recommend Rajshone! A few years ago we moved from Alabama to Columbia and he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Thank you guys!
