This realtor could not be bothered to show a potential new client a home. Literally said if I am not pre-approved it is not worth her time. She doesn't understand building rapport. Very disappointing. Will never hire her as a realtor.

Great office to work with! I have been doing business for several years with this company and they have been completely professional and prompt with any questions or concerns. They care about their clients and take the time to educate them in real estate.

Shauna Sheets and her team went above and beyond again and again! Several hiccups during closing (none of which KW had any control over) required several phone calls and e-mails daily. They ALWAYS kept me in the loop and I truly feel the deal would have fallen though if it wasn't for the AMAZING staff and hard work at KW. Will deff use Shauna and her team again the next time I buy a property!!

Extremely disappointed with this real estate company, the agent gave the key to the house we were selling and allowed the buyers to move into the house before any paperwork was signed. We know this is true as we saw the family moving in before we signed over the home and received any payment. I called Keller Williams to convey my valid concerns and have not heard back from them at this time. This company and the agent involved in MY opinion, are not reputable and should be questioned when doing business with. The SD Real Estate Commission has been notified of this situation

Open houses were a joke, drove by one day for an open house on my property and not a single sign up. Most house showings the doors would be left unlocked by who ever showed the house with light being left on, so even though I wasn't living there I would have to go back after a showing and make sure doors were locked and lights were shut off. Was listed for months before I decided to just rent it out. Will be doing a different company when it goes up on the market again.

Shauna Sheets took us on quite the journey and helped us find our dream home in just one day! The experience of this team and their commitment to helping us through the process was phenomenal! My husband and I were modest, first time home buyers, but we never felt like we weren't a priority. Everyone Shauna and Keller team recommended from inspectors to insurance agents were the best in the business and extremely reliable. Thank you Keller Williams for getting us into our first home!

Mike Bulich was awesome. He took care of us when we bought our house. He truly helped us to find the perfect home for us. When it came time to move, he was equally attentive to all of our needs during the sell of our home. The listing was very professional and eye catching. We really appreciated most the way he always communicated well throughout the entire process. He also took care of everything that arose in an efficient manner. I would recommend Mike Bulich for all your real estate needs. He's great.

5 Stars for Joe Bennington: I'm an attorney w experience in markets like Chicago, San Francisco and Houston. Most realtors are hand-holding sales people who contribute very little to the process. Not Joe Bennington. He is knowledgeable about every aspect from construction to the law. He is a wise and powerful ally and honestly the only realtor I've ever liked. .
