Bad staff! No one had a clue about anything, bunch of rude pple.

Great staff. If they don't have exactly what you went looking for, they all know their products well enough to find you something that will work just as well, if not better.

Came into store for the first time...made eye contact with 5 different staff at the counter. No one acknowledged me, I had to be the first to speak. Just came to pick up an item that was pre-purchased. A "hi how are you, how can I help you..." would have been great.

I will send my staff to pick up items next time for sure.

Thank you GT French - I came in yesterday to buy hand sanitizer for the work place staff & customers, although I was not able to purchase any, I commend you for informing me that hand sanitizer shipments you receive go straight to the medical field. Kudos to GT French & also to the staff - thank you for protecting our front line workers.

Great place. Staff always does their best to help. A One Stop for all of my paper products. Been a customer for over 20 years. Love it.

You need paper products. You know where to come. All the friendly people are there now - the grouch ones are long gone.

I use this occasionally as a cash and carry customer. Great prices and selection!

Great selection of products for food service and packaging. Wide selection of janitorial goods. Staff here are very polite, friendly and helpful when looking for products. The site is clean and well stocked in some areas.

Customer service was outstanding! Was assisted by the manager Rachel who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. A real peach ! Would definitely shop there again!

Great place to buy party supplies. Staff was very helpful.

Go to place for many of my business needs including debit rolls and paper towels just to name a few.

I come here here for all my packaging supplies for my bakery. The people are friendly, helpful and the service is awesome

Picked up some jello shot cups with lids. I love GT french for their prices and great service. In the past I've purchased kraft bags in bulk here, and boxes for baked goods :) definitely recommend! They have a huge selection and knowledgeable staff. :)

Great place for paper products and restaurant supplies

Really good prices. Everything from paper, clamshells and cups to cleaners and bags and hardware like squeegees and soap dispensers.

GT French staff were amazing with helping us get ready for our Stag and Doe! Andy helped me price everything out and figure out the amounts we needed for everything - cups, plates, cutlery, napkins, shot glasses, etc. Excellent service and they made everything SO easy!!! Love that they have a return policy as well so if we don't use it all we can return it. Thank you for reducing the event planning stress!!! Highly recommend!!

You can help yourself, but the staff are great at getting you deals especially when buying cases.

The customer service is excellent and staff are very friendly, always there to assist you and help you with anything you need very efficient and quick at what they do!
