Keller williams realty alaska group Review

We contacted David Johnson of Synergy Home Team from Keller Williams Realty Alaska Group prior to flying to Anchorage. David provided a search for the type of condo and price range we were looking for and he sent us multiple listings for our pre arrival perusal. We set up a one week schedule for our arrival in Anchorage and while there, David showed us 15 different condos. The last one was the charm! We made an offer on that trip and 30 days later, we are the proud owners of a two bedroom, two bath condo in South Anchorage. David is an excellent realtor and he was terrific in helping us, out of state buyers, in every aspect of our transaction. We highly recommend Davi Johnson and his Synergy Home Team to any and all prospective clients.

Do not pay people they have work on properties they sell.

I just want to give a huge huge huge shout out to Keller Williams of Anchorage and our realtor Denny Wood! We looked at 25 houses in 3 days and he was there for us every single step of the way. He did our inspection for us and appraisal, did our final walk through, he was there for literally EVERYTHING, did not pressure us into site unseen properties, gave us his opinion of neighborhoods and we could of not found a house if it wasn t for him. He IS THE REALTOR you need. You are not just another sale to him. He has been here for decades, he is retired AD and someone you can trust.

I did not have a good experience with Keller Williams AK Broker Paddy Coan when I put my house on the market summer 2019.
I made a request to my agent (who works for Broker Coan) early September to cancel my contract prior to the termination date due to the economic downturn, BP s decision to leave Alaska and my home had only 3 showings in 67 days. Because of this I wanted to change course and ride out the recession by renting my home rather than drop the price and keep it on the market.
However, the agent didn t agree and I soon learned that Broker Coan supported her agent s decision that if I were to be released from contract early I would owe Keller Williams a commission.
I communicated with Broker Coan several times to attempt to reach a different solution. Each time she refused to get involved and punted me back to the agent, who also refused to waiver from her original approach. Final result is I was required to remain in contract until expiration. There was only (1) new showing from September 3-December 6.
Based on my experience I would advise potential clients, when selecting an agent, to gain some insights regarding the person who has ultimate authority over the contract (i.e. the Broker).
In summary, I would like to provide my assessment of Broker Coan s performance in 3 key areas while acting as my Broker when my home was under contract with Keller Williams June-December 2019:
(1) Decision Making
(a) decided not to mediate dispute between agent and client
(b) agreed with agent that client should remain in contract despite soft real estate market and lack of activity on home
(2) Problem solving - Never attempted
(3) Support of her client (me) - None

Your agent Isaiah Goward has been so helpful in every step of the way from start to finish always available when we wanted to look at homes and always having the answers to any questions we may have, he has made our first home buying experience an above and beyond awesome memorable one, he has never failed us not once he has been so patience and understanding in all our needs and wants has been met with outstanding performance!! We highly recommend Isaiah Goward and Keller Williams Alaska Group to all our friends and everybody on social media as well!! We look forward to keep doing business with your company whether it's selling our home or buying another in the future and it's all thanks to the wonderful experience we've had with Isaiah Goward through your company, we would love to know that Isaiah gets recognized for all his wonderful hard work he has done for us and others as well, this is something we look forward to hearing for if it weren't for all the things he's done for our family we wouldn't have made it this far not without his help, this is all that we ask of your company. Unsolicited phone calls trying to give an assess the value of my home. When I interrupted them to say I was not interested the woman. Said o-god. Do not call me and then get upset I am not interested in what you are soliciting. I will never do business with company s that do this. HOPE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

They have an agent who screwed my niece over who is still employed there and that says to me that he's condoned for his actions.

I have posted my home for sale by owner on a few public websites. I am currently not in a huge hurry to sell so I just put it out there to feel the waters. I do receive call from realtors on A regular basis. Jamin Goeker from Keller William's has been a thorn in my side since I have posted my home. Not only have I told him that I am not interested in his services,I blocked his number so he cannot call me any more. he still continues leaving me voicemails, and uses a very condescending tone in every message. I seriously don't know what to do to get this guy off my back. I feel harassed and exasperated at this point. I have never made any agreements with this company, nor do I plan to if this is the kind of treatment I am experiencing when I am not in contract with them. It makes me think that the only way they get clients is by harassing them to the breaking point.

I recently passed my real estate licensing test and am looking for a brokerage to join. I reached out to Keller Williams and Josh Zullo went above and beyond to explain all of the benefits Keller Williams has to offer and answered all of my questions. Due to Josh s efforts I m now confident in the fact that KW is the right place for me.

This is a huge thank you to Paige Gibson! Purchasing a house was so daunting and overwhelming, but she helped break down the process so we could understand each step. Not only did she do her side of the job incredibly well, but she was also willing to sit down with my husband and I to go through personal budget and mortgage details. She earned our trust immediately with her knowledge and genuine care. I couldn't imagine what this would've been like without a great realtor. Thank you, Paige, for finding us the listing to our home (she was looking at 12:00am!), for being so quick with scheduling and communication, for giving honest feedback, for caring that we got the best deal we could during negotiations, and for surprising us with a bottle of champagne when we officially closed.
