No experience at the actual facility, but KYLE STEELE kmt technician, probably the best in the business! I work for a company called Supreme fixture INC in Little Rock, Arkansas Kyle has saved me more than once and is an absolute genius, a phenomenal teacher with great patience and has taught me so many things I didn't know after running the water jet for 14 years in 30 minutes he was schooling me LOL. Kmt makes amazing parts and takes great care and their work. It's obvious in their products.
