Please if you are looking to buy or sale your house do not deal with this office. they are not serious and they will waste your time and money. And this exactly what happened with us dealing with agent Noriko Yogo.

Avoid this Escrow. Seriously. They are a joke and add so much more pressure and anxiety during the transaction process. My realtor agent who has 20+ years experience was completely shocked by their lack of professionalism and chaotic practices. I recently completed a transaction and they are the seller's Escrow. Here is what I experienced personally: 1) Never sent documents on time. My lender won't be able to get any docs until after requesting 3-4 times. 2) Chaotic system. It took them forever to respond but always required immediate responses from us. Instead of reaching out to us through official email a couple days before Esrcow ended, a random number just texted me asking for same day doc signing. And their schedule is always booked which leaves me no choice but to accommodate their schedule. They changed Escrow wire instruction, and the paper info they handed me is wrong - and ended up giving me new bank wire info via email - even with errors. This is big purchase, and I had to triple check to make sure this is a scam! 3) Bad communications; heads-up, follow-through, clear directions is such luxury. We never experienced any professional communication from them. 4) Dragging their feet to pay us the seller lease back rent. All the lease and rental amendment was signed and they still dragged after Escrow closed. They kept trying to find ridiculous reasons to not pay us the seller rent. At some point, I seriously wanted to sue them for such bad operations. This is my 2nd home purchase experience, and compared to my first one, this is hell.

We went to see one of their listings, the listing agent ,Hector never even stood up, we asked him if the house has AC, he said, open the door for natural AC. Very condescending and unprofessional attitude.
