If you want a real estate agent who does not show up to your closing then this company is for you. We were first time sellers and felt like this agency lacked coordination and professionalism when it was needed the most. We always talked to the realtors assistant and barely ever our actual realtor. That may be ok for some people, but we would not use them again or recommend them to family or friends.
I'm familiar with many Realtors in Manatee & Sarasota County, and this group goes above and beyond for buyers, sellers, and its agents HOURLY. After 20 years in customer facing situations, I have a high expectation for service. The experience isn't always perfect, but the intent is often well mannered & 'WIN-WIN.' The expertise of our leadership is phenomenal & the agents are exposed to leading edge education and tools. The integration of technology is exceptional, but the emphasis on human interactions is still their number one asset. I'm so proud to be in business, & in life, with these professionals.
I notified Derek Edwards at Keller Williams on the Water that the house he was selling at 4073 47th St. Sarasota had a fence on it that was 2 feet over on my property. No response. The house just sold, and that fence is still up. No one disclosed to the new owners there was an issue ongoing for 2 years with the fence

My Experience with this Realtor was very positive. I have bought and sold several properties over the years and the ability to get my home out and in front of the prospective buyer audience was second to none. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
Adequate selling experience. Polite, honest staff. Occasionally felt as though we were passed off to the office manager/assistant instead of our agent because we weren't a million-dollar sale. Communication between agent and assistant needs improvement, as well as clarifying which one handles which task. Without assistant, I believe the agency would implode.
I met a few agents and was always impressed with a professionalizm and knowledge.
Dealing with this agency has been absolutely horrid. Through my agent, who has been amazing throughout this process, I purchased a condo listed through them. Cash purchase with a 30 day close, an agents DREAM. There were issues from the offer. Communication is NOT a priority and there are nothing but excuses. After contracts were executed they pawned my agent off on an assistant to deal with. The assistant, while very nice, has no clue what she is doing. After closing YESTERDAY, I can still NOT confidently take possession due to the fact that they can not manage to get a signature that is required from the seller. The people from this agency, those involved in the sale of this condo to me, are completely incompetent and inept. Nothing but excuses and laziness. Had it not been for my agent from a different agency, this sale would never have gone through.
