DO NOT do business with this office. If home owners knew about the unethical practices here they would not list their homes with this office. If you are aspiring to be a sales agent DO NOT work for Keller Williams. In addition to The 70% of your commission you pay, you will also pay desk fees, office fees, you will pay for additional mandatory classes while working and photocopies,etc. They will nickel and dime you broke. Keller Williams makes money off of their salespeople's hopes, not by selling homes. Mia Patch in Miami Beach does not follow Keller Williams' franchise rules. She takes 80% of her sales agents' commission. She withholds agents' commission for extended periods of time. She is rude, aggressive, short tempered and phony. She made all sorts of promises at the beginning only to be exposed for the sociopath that she is. I have observed her being temperamental with clients,colleagues,realtors and employees. She is the typical witchy boss you don't want to work for. She looks 20 years older than her photo on her webpage. She needs A miracle moisturizer, Botox and a lesson in how to treat people.

At the 2018 Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce Better Beach Awards Keller Williams agents swept the Innovative Method of Marketing category winning all 3 awards! That says something about the quality of these agents.

This Brokerage is terrible.I recommend that you do not use this brokerage for any of your educational,renting, selling or buying needs. Working with Kent Chasteen was a nightmare. He rolled his eyes and made ugly faces during our meetings. He was completely unprofessional. His Carelessness costs me thousands.He's also does not like women. I overheard him speaking profanely on two occasions about women. His complete lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
Beware of Jerry Rosen! Rude, unprofessional and discriminated against a prospect renter that was approved by the Association. He did not like that someone else found a good renter and they were quickly approve when the requirements were followed. We have the rude and unprofessional emails. He did not want to follow rules/laws and the application process. Gave the wrong information to the prospective renter (more than one prospect) and caused many problems and delayed the process.
