In addition to The 70% of your commission you pay, you will also pay desk fees, office fees, you will pay for additional mandatory classes while working and photocopies,etc. They will nickel and dime you broke. Keller Williams makes money off of their salespeople's hopes, not by selling homes. Mia Patch in Miami Beach does not follow Keller Williams' franchise rules. She takes 80% of her sales agents' commission. She withholds agents' commission for extended periods of time. She is rude, aggressive, short tempered and phony. She made all sorts of promises at the beginning only to be exposed for the sociopath that she is. I have observed her being temperamental with clients,colleagues,realtors and employees.
