I recently tried to do business with Devin and I will not state his last name. All he kept doing was running reports on homes I wanted to see and never took me to see any. Amy was supposed to cover for him when he went in vacation and she dropped the ball as well. I missed out on a few homes because of the dragging of their feet. Also, after a few hours of Devin looking for homes online for me he gave up and immediately offered to show me rentals! All of the homes I wanted to see I found by myself and still no one scheduled any showings just reports. They work in that office. This office is the one he listed. Matter of fact you're supposedly one of his " mentors." I will not change my rating. The back and forth is also unprofessional. Just relax.
This business is very unprofessional. They were contacted regarding one of their agents telling people to "go to hell" on their social media, but the business seemed very uninterested in resolving this issue and stood by their employee. Not the kind of business I would recommend to anyone. Will be sharing this story with friends, family, and on my social media platforms.

Basically imagine if home buying has turned into the hunger games where potential home buyers are running to the houses desperately like the young combatants to the weapons posts and you kill the other combatants by out bidding. Between gap insurance, down-payment and loan the highest bid takes all. That means you need a loan officer that you can depend on to provide solid numbers quickly and a team of realtors that will draw up an offer that'll get you into your home you want. If you're ready to get a home then Andrea's ready to put you in one that you can be proud of.
