I became a member on a trial for Platinum and canceled within a few days. Then, they charged me $39.99 without giving me back money saying it was a commitment per the "terms and conditions" which I knew nothing about. It was not displayed obviously on the page. That should be made known to people before they sign up for this. I never used this once, yet they are charging me $39.99.

Global Travel has a winner in Viviana! She has been most responsive to help our group of 24 travelers w/anything we needed. (Juanita helped us previously and was also very professional). It's easier to make your own travel plans. However, if you do not feel comfortable doing so, this is a great option. Just keep in mind you'll always be on the itinerary of your guide.
