Jodi Smith has been great! She has helped me buy 2 houses (One single family, One Duplex). Both cases were in a tight market, and she has helped to negotiate out a fair purchase price too. In addition to answering hundred of questions before closing, she helped me source and review contractors after the transaction, and discuss some issues with maintaining tenants through the transaction. I still ask her about contractors when I have questions, or need an opinion on someone's reputation.

If I being honest my experience was decent I bought my first house with a real estate agent and wasn't super impressed I felt like they had my best interest when it came to showing me houses but as soon as we found the right house I didn't hear from the real estate agent. The recommendation for a inspector we had was honestly terrible. it's hard trying to find a real estate agent who has your best interest at the end of the process I felt like we were just another buyer and the real estate agent didn't care about anything once we signed the purchase agreement
