The law firm and I are very pleased with Kenect services. We are able to connect better with our clients and employees because of them. We had a training session with Chris and he made it super easy. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He said in the near by future they will merge with Cleo and possibly Whatsapp. We are excited when that happens because most of our foreign cliental use that platform so it will be even easier. I recommend theses services and I am highly content. =)

We are new to Kenect and are enjoying all that it has to offer. It is an efficient way for the public to contact us, many who may not have contacted you otherwise. Also, whenever I have had an issue, which has been few and far between, Customer Service Manager Mckay May is only an email away and is there to help with any support that has been required! Love it!

Kenect has been fantastic for communicating with clients by text. Fast, easy, and efficient!

But our account manager, Kelli Woods, has been superlative!

She quickly responded to all our inquiries and went the extra yard to assure that everything was running smoothly.

We only wish we would have signed up earlier! Kenect has saved our business hours upon hours, we realized after only a few days that this software pays for itself and then some, 5 months in and our feelings are the same! Our rep McKay and everyone at Kenect has been extremely friendly and helpful!

I m a small business owner that decided to employ Kenect roughly 3 years ago and should have done it well before that. The main reason that was always stopping me from doing so was the cost, they are proud of their platform no doubt. However, after taking the leap, I have never looked back. It works so well in a dealership environment where you re constantly engaging with customers from Sales to Service, Parts and Accessories. Kenect provides the Black and White proof that in most cases is beneficial but not always haha. It s also given us a way to easily ask for reviews on both Google and Facebook. In a day and age where it seems like the public prefers to text versus taking a phone call because they re at work or simply don t like talking on the phone, you should seriously consider Kenect. I would also like to give a shout-out to the best Kenect success manager we have had to date, Jordan Cowin. He has gone above and beyond simply reviewing numbers on quarterly calls and really strives to make our experience with Kenect the best one it can be.

I am a legal assistant and we use Kenect at our firm. First, Kenect saves me time, as I am able to quickly and efficiently communicate with our clients. We also use it for appointment reminders and confirmations, which has decreased the amount of missed appointments. The customer service at Kenect is also great, they check in, make sure you know about new features and are responsive when you have questions.

We were looking into getting this for our business...

We were looking into getting this for our business, but at this point in the season we are rather busy getting ready for sled season, so instead of inundating my staff with a new feature, we chose to pass on it at this point. I sent an email explaining this to the salesman, and received zero response ! This just made my mind up as to whether we would have moved forward at any time, we will not be ! Thanks to Dallin Cobabe !!
