We found Barbara on the internet and called called her in early April to help us find a house in Dallas. We are from the east coast and need to find a house, make an offer, and close all by May 21. Barbara made it happen. She was amazing. We looked - virtually - at several houses - we made offers on two - and were able to successfully close on the perfect house on time. Barbara drove by several prospective houses. Barbara helped arrange a virtual tour - zoom meeting to tour the house, assisted with the inspection, provided contractors to follow-up on inspection issues, helped negotiate a lower price and was there for us during the entire right up to closing. I can't recommend her highly enough.
