I just don't know where to start so I guess from the beginning. We sold our home way up north and searched for months to find the perfect location. Corpus Christi was our 1st choice. We searched and search for properties online and found one that seemed to be interesting to us. Turns out it was Mr. Morin's listing. We called him after a week of family discussions and it was an epiphany moment. We knew from the moment we chatted with him that he would be the person to find our forever home. That week as we drove thru 7 states to meet with him; he not only cleared his schedule for that time frame but had everything lined up and ready for us to see. When we finally shook hands, we knew he was honest, sincere and very trustworthy. We knew he would work for us in a way many other senior realtors wouldn't. Others seem to push things on us that we didn't want. He narrowed it down to our wants and needs and every house seemed to have some sort of match. He did everything we asked and went above and beyond what we asked him for. In the end, we did find our everlasting home this week and who would have thought that we found a forever friend. John, you really left a mark on our hearts and our children's heat. We will forever be grateful to you and all you did for us. With numerous loads we will be able to call Corpus Christi our home. I just have cry with joy. You are an amazing realtor and I know you will make many people joyous like you did us. I don't know what I would have done without your caring heart.

If you re considering buying a house, ask for Alex Garcia. I really believe he is one of few realtors in the corpus area that actually care about whether you get the house you want/making sure you re happy in your home buying experience. He stuck with me every step of the way and im not always the easiest to deal with. He was clear, up front, no lies. I respected that, even if he was telling me something i didn t necessarily want to hear. I believe that it isnt just about the money for him which really says something because so many realtors are just greedy snakes that will feed you to the wolves just to get their commissions, so predatory and dishonest. I trust Alex completely and will definitely vouch for him with ANYONE.

Wow did we find the best agents! Maxine Cole Bowen and Nancy Justice are the dream team you pray for. We live in the Pacific Northwest, and have been taxed out. We have never been to Texas, but decided to move there.A big reason was we always heard that Texans are really nice. Having all the family in WA. it was tuff. From the moment we met our Ladies we where family. They even took us to Walmart. We are in the process of buying a house in Aransas Pass. I can't wait to be there in 30 days!!! Do not sign any contract with these fools. They will not release you, so you can not use a different realitor. The one my mother used would not make the time to show houses in a timely manner, and after missing out on a couple homes she wants to drop them. They are refusing to let her out of the contract. Like use them or else we have you stuck by contract.

Witnessed one of their realtors lie to a seller and a potential buyer. Looking to buy down in the area most certainly will use someone else more honest and wanting to activily sell a house.
