Do not sign any contract with these fools. They will not release you, so you can not use a different realitor. The one my mother used would not make the time to show houses in a timely manner, and after missing out on a couple homes she wants to drop them. They are refusing to let her out of the contract. Like use them or else we have you stuck by contract.
