This is the BEST real estate brokerage in San Antonio. They always have friendly service & maintain a positive environment on a daily basis. The leadership staff presents a professional, caring manner and welcomes new agents with open arms. The training here is AMAZING and it just feels like a great big family. KW City View Rocks!!

Most unprofessional real estate experience!
Made an offer on a property, do not hear back for 2 days and after many inquiries, I finally hear back, my client has not formally accepted but he will accept".
Four more day go by and never heard back from the agent even though I am calling using 4 different phone numbers only to find out 4 days later he only used our offer to try an solicit more offers on an old property that had been sitting on the market for almost a year!
Then has the audacity to have his girlfriend reach out to me after I gave an ultimatum of rescinding my offer if I don t hear from him with an excuse that he is out of town and she is handling his case load .
If you are looking for classless, unethical and unprofessional experience, Keller Williams is the place for you!

Recently purchased a house using Heather Elizondo, we were first time homebuyers but she was quite helpful in explaining everything.

We also used her preferred lender and had a great experience. I enjoy helping out small local people like that compared to large banks.

The process was prettty quick in finding houses and I appreciated her advice throughout the process
Her customer service is impeccable and communication skills are very impressive.

The only negative we had was timing to look at houses (a few times we viewed the house and every one on the list before she arrived) However I understand that things come up and sometimes you get busy. We are very happy with our home so far.

In a city full of real estate brokers and agents, I would recommend KW City view to a friend for sure.

Dont !!! I repeat DONT use this company people !!! This experience was one of the worst experiences of my life and it was due to there Realtor and in the end her brokers paid no attention to what our concerns or experiences we had going on !!! In the end it s our money that we are paying for there services if there is unfairness you shouldn t be paying for it !!! I get that we all have a job to do but if you were handed something for FREE try to not be so money hunger and eager to SCREW someone over !!! And in the end that what happened to us , extremely HORRIBLE experience for us being first time home buyers this is going to the Realtor for steering us and that is illegal btw only to pay more in the end !!! It s sad that now I have all the knowledge I need about buying a home 3 months to late !!! Enjoy that commission ...

We moved from Oklahoma to San Antonio after being gone for 20 years. Marcus Sousa reached out to me while I was still in OK. From A to Z, Marcus was outstanding. Very attentive, and responsive. He did above and beyond for us. Marcus represented Keller Williams City View very well. I could not say enough. If you need a great realtor, I highly recommend Marcus Sousa. Thank you Marcus, you truly went above and beyond your scope of responsabilities.

I hate to have to even take the time to write this review, and I do not do so lightly or without having given it a lot of thought. My wife and I are reasonable people, patient people, and always give people the benefit of the doubt. But the experience my wife and I have had using this person to sell our home has been SO horrific that we fired him after the first 70 days. Folks, let me give you fair warning about Agent Phillip Lopez with Keller Williams...do NOT use him OR his office (KW CityView at Huebner and 10)!! The extreme lack of communication, lack of ANYBODY looking at our home when those around us were selling like hotcakes, and his continuous pattern of lack of caring and engagement (even AFTER we finally got him on the phone and had a talk with him about the fact that we were on the verge of dissolving the relationship!) prompted us to fire him. Two days after firing him and telling him not to contact us anymore, he magically got multiple requests for viewings and even an offer out of thin air which he only verbally presented (we never saw an actual offer). We got more communication and activity from this person in the two days AFTER firing him than we got the entire 70 days we had been on market. So much unwanted communication after telling him NOT to contact us, in fact, that we began to fear that we may have to involve the authorities. Rather than agreeing to dissolve our contract due to the horrendous lack of service, Lopez chose rather to bully us and force us to not be able to sell our home for the next 90 days. His broker, Howard John Flournoy, backed him up too and has refused to let my wife and I go so we can find someone who WILL help us sell our home! The broker and Phillip Lopez, by their actions and despite my pleas, have forced us to have to spend money on litigation and to file an ethics complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission. You have been warned, AVOID Phillip Lopez as your real estate agent AND his brokerage Keller Williams City View!

Note 9 months later: Scroll through the rest of City View's reviews...note how the majority of their 5 star, score-skewing reviews were ALL done at nearly the exact same time, ALL have ZERO text or description, and ALL are 5 stars. Can you say "cooking the books"??? LOL

They littered my yard with their signs without asking.

Super friendly and willing to work to help you find your forever home, however, as soon as they have to do a little paperwork or extra time looking at homes they stop returning phone calls.. Would not suggest.

Rented a house long distance. When I got here, house had many issues. Realtor told me it was not his place to tell about any issues with the house since he was not the property manager.House was sinking, foundation cracked, plumbing broken, couod not use washer n dryer, and more. Had to call a lawyer to get iut if the contract.Land lord gsve us our deposit back but I had tonpay 475.00 to store my goods and had to stay with relatuves now. Luckily the broker was sensible and understood my situation, unlike the realtor.
