Nice auto wash so you won't be concerned about scratching the clear coat of your vehicle, but your vehicle will not be 100% as I noticed the wheels and trunk area still had some dirt and it won't be fully dry so you'll need to do that on your own if you don't want any potential water spots.

Family business run the way it should be, family working just as hard as the employees. Always a great wash or detail!

Should have used the touch free wash. The other automatic wash scratched up my new SUV. Now I m going to have to get this fixed.

The cheapest basic wash was a resonable price and did the job of getting the bugs off

I just had my 2012 f-150 detailed here. It looks better than the day I got it. I am absolutely stunned with how great of a job they did and I will be back to have it done again in the future.

the guys are really nice in the biginning, once you pay they are like change! they are dont care if yor car its still full with soap, if the tire are still dirty...! never go back again

U want to get your car cleaned and detailed this is the place . Went to many car wash places this one is the best for your buck.

Sloppy cleaning outside for over 20 bucks. Not happy but no time to drive around and argue.

I m not a frequent reviewer, but I was disappointed at the amount of scratches on my truck after going through the car wash. They ll buff out (hopefully), but if you re as protective of your car as I am, it was a lapse in judgement to go through this wash.

Seaway did an excellent job on my Avalon. It looks better than when it came off the dealer lot. They did a full polish, removed a few scratches, and finally, a ceramic coating. They explained everything and showed me, with pictures, what they did.
Their price was very reasonable when compared to the local competition and the result was fantastic! They also have a 2 year warranty on the ceramic coating.
My car looks *better* than new on the showroom floor. That says it all.

I complained to one of the staff that my car was still dirty after going through the carwash. Instead of just giving me another wash, which was what I expected, he argued with me. He insinuated that I had not washed it properly. He kept arguing and finally made the sexist comment It s not like washing dishes . How sexist!!
I called and spoke to one of the owners, told him this isn t the 1950s and that they should just fire that employee, and asked for a refund. The owner gave me my refund, and $10 in tokens. He also said he can t fire the employee that made a sexist comment because that employee is his father.
What do you think? Does a refund and $10 in tokens make up for a dirty car and sexist comment?
As you can see in his response below, he just keeps arguing. These people are belligerent and ignorant. Don't support their business.
Also, just to be clear. He didn't refund me double my money. He refunded me exactly what I paid and gave me tokens which can only be used at Seaway Carwash.

Takes credit cards, which is convenient. Clean. A little expensive.

Friendly and welcoming staff & service. Did good work removing stains on my car's finish from a rusty overhead pipe, a little on the pricey side and had to schedule a slot almost two weeks out to get time with them.
Update: Added a star after Mark called me to ask what they could have done better, these guys care about their customer experience and that alone is worth an extra star. I give three stars when things are "okay" or "as expected" but it is fair to say these guys performed above expectations. I will return here and suggest you give them your business over the local competition.

I recently got a new car and have used Seaway to wash it every time. Attentive and friendly employees. I now make a point of driving down Shelburne Road just to go to Seaway. My car and I thank you!!

Quick fast service. Car always looks nice after wash.

I called with complaint and they said I would get another pass thru, when I pulled around they said my complaint was invalid and they wouldn't give me the promised second pass. I may or may not come back with them going back on what they originally promised. I will call the manager. Good customer service mostly.

These guys are really nice , and they take good care of their equipment . I get a lot of car washes so I notice the difference. Also have never had a problem with their vacs. Their Ceramic seal work is as good as you'd find at any high end dealer .

Good update to make going there simpler process with machine choices of the type of wash and wax you want and range in cost of services selected. Friendly staff, quick flow through and shiney vehicles is ready to go.

The staff are friendly but the automated wash badly scratched up my week-old '18 Accord. I know the older style car washes aren't the best for paint but it looks worse than one would expect. Will have to do lots of buffing that could've been avoided with cleaner equipment.

I am so thankful for Seaway Carwash and Detail Center - they deserve 10 stars! I had an issue with my carpeting and some foul odor, and this place went above and beyond to eliminate the issue. Instead of just shampooing the seats, like the other places I called said they would do, Seaway took the time to figure out the cause of the problem, and got it done the right way. Can't say enough about this place.

I use the bays to wash my suv. Never had an issue other than the "wax" does Jack and I have to wash the suv a day later...

Friendly, thorough in explaining every service they had planned and ask if there is anything else I needed. The team/Family at Seaway Carwash was a great experience.
I brought my fiance car in as an Engagement gift to him for; vacuuming, shampooing the cloth seats, all the vinyl insides. Outside wash, polish and buff.
Now his Car is Beautiful and ready to drive us away in a Super Clean car on our Wedding Day.

For $23.00 I would expect that they wipe the water off the dryer missed and the interior was wiped and the floor vacuumed. That is what they do in Los Angeles. What they did I can get for $10.00 in St. albans.

I had my car detailed for the first time ever at Seaway this week and it was BEYOND belief when I got it back.....it looked immaculate and like new. Seven years (!!!) of dog hair and 3 years of kiddo stuff was wiped away and it is such a treat to drive. The staff was professional, thorough, and friendly and did a wonderful job - let me tell you it won't take me seven years to get my next detail job!!

My ram 3500 single wheel fits in the touches auto. Does a great job and does a good job on the paint sealant. Leaves a great shine

Love washing my own car and this place has all the gadgets. I get a good job done for 6 bucks 7-8 if I want to take my time. Love it.

There s no better place to get your car washed or detailed. From the high quality products they use to their exceptional service..... you won t find a better place. The elbow grease they put into scrubbing our vehicles even before they run through the automated washer is enough to make cars spotless. For the many, many years we have been taking our vehicles there for washes and detailing we have yet to be disappointed in any way.

A standard carwash service. Okay for my needs along my travels. Operations were good and useful.

One of the first times going there, I ended up paying for a wash but the truck in front of me was having issues and ended up triggering my wash to start with him in the bay. Annoyed I had to pay for another wash, I called and left them a message on the Sunday I was there informing them of the incident and asked for a call back. I was called promptly Monday morning and was left a message (I missed the call) informing me they watched the tapes and had seen what had happened, and asked for my card so they could refund the wash to me. Not only a great wash I received but they made my day by correcting the annoyance from the day prior. I would highly recommend

The two gentleman working today did an exceptional job with the pre wash and really took the time to actually clean the exterior of my car. I always come here but the job done today was 5 star review worthy. Thank you!

I had brake dust turned grease on my wheels after a different auto detailer used an oily cleaning solution. It looked awful so I took it to Seaway to wash off. After one wash through, I noticed a lot gone but still a little left. I got out of car after the dry and simply asked what they recommended I do, thinking I was going to be told to buy a product and do it manually. Instead the Seaway team gave me a second free wash, but instead of just sending me through the system, they manually cleaned the gunk off the tires with special soap and tools for a solid 8-10 minutes. I have never been more impressed with customer service (in any industry) and the tire actually looks new. I don't write reviews often but I needed to in this situation. Recommend Seaway to anyone and everyone!! 6/5 stars.

It might look quaint, but the equipment here actually does a good job, even in winter. Better Yet, if you care about your paint and want a no-touch wash, and don't mind the "work" just spray your baby down by hand in the self-wash area. Something like five bucks for eight minutes.

These guys are real pros. Super fast and incredible service for a mind blowing price. Feels like I m driving a showroom car! Very satisfied, I ll definitely be back!!

I have to totally disagree with any negative reviews of this carwash!! I have been to several carwash all over new England...My cars/trucks have never ever not came out completely spotless!! Time after time....there drive thru carwash even shines your tires!! There detail shop is top notch as well!! Highly recommend this car wash as they are the best in VT!

Convenient, spotless and reasonably priced. Equipment worked as it should. Great place to just spray off salt 24/7, when traditional car wash is closed. Friendly service assistance (fortunately was business hours)provided the first time of use when learning how to pay and operate equipment.

Before starting a manual wash, make sure what position the selector is in, it was on Foam Brush when I started and what a mess on the floor I made...
