I tried selling my house 3 times with no success . Then I hired a young agent thinking they would be more motivated ( big mistake ) . Then I met Alan Johnson. He is experienced , professional and personable . We were in a time sensitive contingent and only had a few weeks to sell and buy .He concentrated on each step with astute negotiations and swift timing . I m from New York and a demanding person with strong work ethnics but for Alan it was no problem . He s cool under pressure and he closed the deal . Isn t that what it s all about ? Closing the deal ? I recommend him highly to anyone wanting to sell their home no matter where you are from . Alan Johnson is an outstanding real estate professional .
I am making this review about Peace River Parnter assicated. I made poor review in length on another place. Here I will just say that I was cheated out of a 55.00 reconnect fee for them not paying final water bill before I had moved in. They paid it but I got racked with reconnect fee. Also Donata Noones will share your business with other clients. I cante recall how many times on days we were cordial she would talk about other clients. I wish I could recall some names cause I would certainly make it more known. Over all RUDE, wont admit to any faults, belittles you when you have a grievance of any kind. DONT RENT THROUGH DONATA NOONES!
I'm from Baltimore and schedule a appointment for my husband to look at 2 house. My husband called Miki Matrullo to make sure everything was still on and she ask him if we got per approved he said the house we really like was cash only. She went on to say she's tired of showing house to peolpe that don't buy. My husband was very taken back by her comment and just called another realtor. Would never use this young lady very unprofessional!
