We have worked as a trade partner with Keller Homes for a decade now and are always impressed by their professionalism, integrity, and organization. It is also clear that the team works very hard to provide a high quality product and experience to their homebuyers.

Love the homes and the floors plans. Unfortunately the Colorado Springs location is not professional at all. They wasted weeks of our time for false information and now we are completely uninterested in working with them at this time.
If you are considering buying a home from Keller, be aware. They seem friendly and have nice looking Homes, but, wait, after you move in beware. We have had nothing but problems with the cheap items they put in these expensive homes. I would strongly recommend for you to look elsewhere, I wish we had. We have had to file complaints with the BBB just to have the warranty work completed. This was our 3rd house built, and the most expensive, the worst one of all. They may have been better in the past but it is very obvious they have become one of quantity versus quauilty. Go with another builder and save yourself a lot of headaches and money.
Whatever you do ... DO NOT CLOSE if there are any outstanding unfinished items with Keller Homes.
I personally have had 3 homes built in the last 19 years by 3 different builders and Staci Combes (Customer Service Manager) at Keller Homes is by far the worst customer service person I have ever dealt with.
They build a nice home but you better hope to God that you never have to deal with any warranty issues because that's when your NIGHTMARES will begin.
It's pretty sad when you have more likes on your bad reviews than on your good reviews. That saids a lot about your company ... more people agreed with the bad reviews than they do on the good ones and yet you continue to provide horrible customer service.
I guess Keller Homes doesn't really care enough about their customers and potential customers to make any changes.
We stopped by the Wolf Ranch model homes today for viewing the two models. The customer service was just horrible. The lady didn't greet us, never introduced herself, and didn't give us any information about the properties. There are so many homebuilders around the area. All of them are professional and willing to spend time & show us around. Of course... business cards and information!! Your staff reflect the true side of how you really care about your future residents.
My experience at the design center yesterday was fantastic. I came in feeling very stressed but I left feeling extremely satisfied, happy and beyond impressed by the level of professionalism at this office. It is clear that Ashley on the Design Team knows exactly what she is doing and is very competent in her abilities to answer tough questions, provide valuable feedback and expertise. Her co-worker Sarah was also very helpful and professional during this process and it's worth noting that she is equally as talented and helpful to buyers during this process.
We are beyond excited for our new home to be built but I thought it was important to note how well you all are doing and how much we appreciate you all. Let's not forget Tina and Kyla at sales too, what a nice group of professional women - you've been so great. So thankful.
What a great company. The homes have a good solid build, the people are approachable and fair, and they're priced right. They have some convenient locations too!
Thank you, we love our new Cumbre Vista home! Cannot believe 6 months from contract to close, almost to the day. Of course the weather really helped!
This was my 3rd, ground up home build and best experience by far.
The "millennial" buying the home with me benifitted from the time spent by the team, to teach her about the process of buying/building a house and what is under the walls and flooring of a home.
From initial contracting to preparing the work to close on the loan, she has had all of her questions answered, often the same day she asked.
I picked Keller because I was very impressed with the quality of their homes and the reputation they have built over the years. We found that everything we learned in our research is true and that the company s reputation is one that continues to be earned with each home they build.
Our experience building our new home with Keller Homes has been nothing short of amazing. Everyone from the sales team to the design studio treated us fantastically as they walked us through designing our dream home. The quality of the craftsmanship is unparalleled, and any issues we've encountered have been addressed quickly and thoroughly by the warranty department. I cannot recommend building with Keller Homes enough!
I had a horrid time building a home with Keller Homes.Right from writing the contract till closing.Firstly the sales team would hide a lot of information till they get your contract signed.15 days after signing the contract I was asked to add the patio roof which was costing me around $15,000.I said that it is something that I don't desire .They mentioned that it was the property developer's requirements.I was in a limbo. Why was this not mentioned at the time of signing the final contract?I was left with no option but to sign the amended contract after all the time and energy that I had invested..As a reputed builder keller should learn to honor contracts.Apparently Keller does this more often as compared to the other builders.Just wanted others to be aware of what's going on.Just because it's a seller's market they think they can dictate terms and conditions.
I took my clients to cordera and wolf ranch location. We had Barb ( helping at cordera) and Rachel (wolf ranch). My clients decided on Wolf Ranch. Rachel was AMAZING during the whole tour. Showing us what sets Toll Brothers apart from other builders. It's nice to have help from someone that really knows their products.
If you are looking to build with a local builder I would encourage you to avoid Keller. Look instead to Campbell or Classic Home builders. Their homes are at the same price point but their standard features, build quality and customer server are much better. We loved Keller when we began the process of designing and building our home. The sales and design teams are great to work with, but the experience goes downhill from there. It isn't until you have issues with your home that you find out what kind of company you are working with. When the home was 6 months old, the stucco started peeling off of the house in golf ball sized chunks. I figured it was covered since it was well within our 1 year warranty but Keller refused to fix it. The issue has continued to get worse and the color is literally peeling off the home. I reached out again and tried to get Keller homes to stand behind their product but instead they sent me the subcontractors phone number. Learn from my experience and move on, there are many other quality builders to choose from in this area.
We have been in our Keller home for approximately 3 weeks and couldn t be happier with our entire experience building with Keller. Our home is beautiful inside and out and you can really feel the quality when you walk in. They have been very easy to work with, remember my name and home and every time I walked in the office. All our questions were taken seriously and they made every effort to help us design a beautiful home. Special thanks to Rachel, Tina, Kyla and Ashley. 10/10 would build again.
Dont use this buider. Its beautiful when they build it , but it goes down hill once you move in. They use cheap stuff. I am having issues with breakers blowing and they refused to fix fix it saying the breakers are sensitive. They also had an unlicensed employee from keeler come out and take my gabage disposal apart when it was not working. After he did this it started leaking and did damage to our hard wood floors and then said it dw as home owners responsibility even know it was not leaking until the keller employee pulled it out . We also had a fence issue that they once again said was home owner fault . They had screwed screws into a plastic post with nothing else for it to attach to. Only after us filling a complaint with the BBB did they fix that. We also had an issue with us having to carry our lawn mower over our windows wells to get to the back yard. They put the fense in the wrong spot and only figured it out after we moved in. I had to fight them and threaten legal action so that they agreed to move my gate to the other side so I can get my lawn mower i. The back yard at all. At our year end review they refuse to fix our issues . This is all for a very expensive home.
We would HIGHLY recommend Keller Homes and here is why:
After building three new homes with different builders (fourth time was the charm for us), we finally found a builder that stood out from the rest! Keller Homes truly puts more thought behind what goes into a home; yes, many builders use the same contractors; however, Keller Homes goes above and beyond to stand out and make differences that matter (no cutting corners to save money or "take the easy way" to do things). Our utility bill was drastically less from our other homes, no extreme temperature changes when going between floors, more useful space and an outstanding staff just to name a few. I know our home is built to last and withstand the test of time. Quality and comfort were key factors in our decision and it has really made a difference in our home.
We are currently now living in our second Keller Home and we could not be happier. Again, a floor plan and features are important, but a home must have good bones and Keller Homes understands this and has perfected the process over the 30+ years; we feel they go above and beyond what is expected. Thank you, happy home owners!
The sales team at Cumbre Vista are very unprofessional and dont deserve to be working in this industry. We had gone to check out a spec home which was almost ready last winter and the sales lady (starting with R) had asked us to wait outside the house .She promised to see us with the keys in 5 minutes. We were with our 9 month baby out in the cold ( around 35 F) .After waiting for around 15-20 minutes we called her to let her know that we were still waiting outside to which she responded that she was waiting for someone to show up. She asked us to come back to the office, wanted us to collect the keys from her and check out the house ourselves. My face turned red with anger .Why did she not call and let us know about that earlier since she had our numbers (we had filled out the inquiry form earlier). Also the fact that we had a baby with us was known to her. Apart from that I have heard of Keller Homes lacking business ethics(lot of bad reviews through my friend circle). The senior management needs to take a refresher course in business ethics.
Keller Homes is the best builder we have ever worked with. This is the 3rd new build we have done in our lifetime. We are recently retired and downsizing. From the sales office, to the design studio, to helping us correct an error that was our own misunderstanding--we have been treated as if we were building their most expensive multi-million dollar home. Our home will be done in a few months and, if their customer service is any example, I am confident this will be a very well-built home. We looked at other builders prior to choosing Keller and we are so happy with the decision we made. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to build.
We've built homes with Keller, Vantage, and Acuff. The Keller build was absolutely the BEST OF THE BEST experience we've had! Their subs have been with them for MANY years and that alone says lot about them.
They pre-build the walls using laser to ensure exact specifications. They were quite flexible with changes we wanted, etc. I would build with them again in a heartbeat!!
The moment we walked into the model home we were immediately impressed with Keller Homes. From high quality craftsmanship of the homes to the like-family sales staff, we enjoyed every minute of our home building process. Tina at the Cumbre Vista location became our immediate point of contact through the entire process, acting as both an expert on the homes and an advisor when we were stuck on a decision. Once we were in the design studio, never once did we feel pressured to make a purchase or add an upgrade we didn t feel comfortable with. All the choices they give you are worth the price; we never felt nickel and dimed by the company. The homes themselves are gorgeous, with a wide range of styles and price points to suit every person s wants and needs. My only suggestion to those looking to work with Keller is to pay attention to the schedule they give you. Fortunately, even though we missed a few deadlines, Keller was kind enough to give us gentle reminders and did not once fault us for missing a date. The neighborhoods are quiet, family-friendly locations with quick access to the main roadways like Powers. Overall, I would give Keller an 11/10 for how at home we felt even before stepping foot in our build and want to add that they are a VERY military-friendly company. Thank you Tina, Diane, Sarah and the rest of the Keller team!
We've really enjoyed our Keller home. They've been very kind and easy to work with. We've only been in our home for 4 months, but any minor issue we've had, they've been quick to respond and take care of. I've seen fb posts from people in our neighborhood who've used other builders and they're having several build quality issues. But we've been very happy with Keller and feel blessed to have worked with Lori and Barb, and Ashley designed a beautiful home... and the warranty guys I've worked with have been great.
