2 1/2 years ago I decided to purchase a Volkswagen...

2 1/2 years ago I decided to purchase a Volkswagen. I searched online and found a Passat that I liked at Keffer. I spoke with Daniel DeCicco and he convinced me that it would be worth my while to make the 5 hr round trip and pass the numerous VW dealerships on my way including the one that is 5 min from my house. Hesitant, I made the trip. Daniel and the sales team were awesome to work with. There is no pressure or gimmicks, just down right southern hospitality. I purchased the Passat and made the trip home. Last week I decided I wanted to buy a newer Passat as the one I owned was getting high on mileage.

I knew I needed to call Daniel. I decided which Passat I wanted and was set to pick it up on a Friday. (I don't bother test driving these cars because I already know they are awesome.) Well I called Daniel the day before and asked if I could pick it up that night. He had already left work that day had made plans, but he offered to cancel them and come back in for me. I left my house at 5 pm and made it to Keffer at 7:30 pm. Daniel already had the paperwork ready to go. I traded in my old Passat and was driving the new one home at 8:15. Thank you Daniel for everything. As long as you work there I will be a customer!

I received unmatched customer service by everyone I encountered at Keffer Volkswagen. William Brinkley (Sales) displayed a helpful, caring, and hardworking attitude during and after my car purchase experience. He went above and beyond in making sure that my son and I were happy with our vehicles. This was not my first purchase at Keffer Volkswagen and it will not be my last. I strongly recommend this dealership based on the outstanding care and attention given to me and my vehicles during all my visits. We purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from Joe Matanovic. Joe really worked with us on price, and we were in in out of the paperwork office very quickly. Had the DSG service done here as well, pricing was competitive and service was quick and painless. Would definitely shop here again if looking for another VW.

Best experience buying a car thus far. My mother and I were acknowledged immediately after parking by the Used Car Manager. Then, Joe listened as to what I was looking for in my next car and was patient throughout the whole process. I traded in Napoleon (2011 Mazda 2), for a 2014 Jetta. ( I haven't picked a name yet.) I loved Napoleon,but it was time for a change, and the price was right. They offered enough to cover what was still owed on the Mazda, which was GREAT! We were the last ones of the night and Michael from financing was very nice even after I kept signing at least one of the documents wrong. Overall, a great experience.

I ordered a part on a wednesday ..supposed to get part friday morning so i called to be sure the part was there before getting there..so they told me it was going to be there saturday ensted of friday which i understood.. so they said they were gonna call me..so saturday morning they called me saying they had the part..so i get there just to find out they didnt have it..(the place its about 40 minutes away)

I bought a Subaru Outback from Keffer a month ago,...

I bought a Subaru Outback from Keffer a month ago, and wanted to take it to an outside mechanic before buying it, but was unable to. Angela, our salesperson, assured me that if there were any problems/mechanical issues, she would help get it taken care of and it would be covered. I took it to a Subaru dealership to get the car checked out, and turns out there's oil leaks from the cam carrier seal and upper oil pan seals that was a $2300 fix. Keffer did not inform me of this problem when I bought the car, nor are they fixing the problem because oil leaks are apparently not covered by their policy.

DO NOT BUY from Keffer Volkswagen as they don't check used cars thoroughly, don't let you take the car to an outside mechanic before buying, and don't inform you completely of problems that the car has. This dealership seems to have a lot of good reviews, but I wish I had taken some of their bad reviews more seriously.

Update: We kept trying to contact them to get it fixed but no luck, they dodged us. They did not answer our calls or return any messages.

After my frustrating situations at a different VW dealer, it was great to work with Jonathon and Jeff at the dealership in Huntersville. They were welcoming, listened, and took in consideration our wants and our financial limits. Never did they try to push us or put pressure on us. It always takes longer than you think to purchase a car, but the whole process continued, without waiting or interruptions. They were upfront, personable and worked with us from start to finish. Loving my new convertible!!

My service experience was exceptional. I've never worked with a more competent and engaged service department before. The diagnosis and service performed on my vehicle was much needed and appreciated. I was taken care of from start to finish. The performance of my car is noticeably improved and should last me that much longer.

I was looking for a specific VW Passat, and Keffer VW had what I was looking for. I was buying this vehicle from out of state, and called the dealer when I found they had what I was looking for. I worked with Joe M. over the phone and via Email to get everything setup. This was a great experience and everything went smooth. I picked up the car, with a full tank of fuel, and I was on my way home. I even got a text message from Joe the next day asking if my drive home went OK. Great service for my vehicle purchase - Thank You!

I just traded my Cadillac for a 2012 GMC Acadia at another dealership and I wish I had gone to Keffer for my new purchase. My son and I went to Keffer Volkswagen and were treated extremely different. It was the best experience. We found a car, looked at it, test drove it and brought it home -that simple. No haggling or back and forth about price or anything. They made the paper work easy and were extremely nice to us. I had to take my 15 month old grand daughter and she was restless. Everyone really went out of their way to make it a positive experience. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I purchased a new 2020 Tiguan from Hendrik VW, located in Frisco, Texas on 04/11/2020. On 04/13/2020, I sent a written refund request letter (overnight express courier) with all supporting documentation to Keffer VW, Huntersville, North Carolina (for a 2017 VW Passat which I purchased there). The refund request was for extra services I purchased, which should be partially refunded due to an early termination of the 2017 Passat purchase contract. I subsequently called Sean Bartol, Finance Director at Keffer VW to confirm that he received the aforementioned letter and supporting documentation.

Mr. Bartol acknowledged receipt and said that he would process the refund request. I was NEVER told to submit a REFUND REQUEST form. Today is Monday, 06/22/2020 and I still have not received the requested refund. I called Keffer VW back today and initially spoke with Travis (Finance Department) who said, "I don't see any refund requests."
I told him that I was very upset that it has been over 2 1/2 months and now he is telling me that he can't find anything and he would have to have Sean Bartol (Finance Director) call me back due to separate recordkeeping systems ??? (Really???) THE BEHAVIOR DEMONSTRATED BY KEFFER VW IS UNETHICAL. I have been a big fan of VW and I have lost my confidence in the company (especially Keffer VW).

I did get a small refund check for $33., after going through so much effort to simple receive the monies that were due to me. I do not have confidence that the $33., is the correct refund amount? I will never know, ...... I am tired of dealing with the horrible service from Keffer VW.

Angela was a great salesperson and made the experience worth coming to Charlotte and Keffer for. They started out at a better deal than a local dealer was wanting to sell for. Much less haggling than the local dealer too. Stayed late to get the deal done in one trip and drove home with a new VW.

Update: Dealer did not deliver on some promises, and ran more credit checks than agreed upon. They have also failed to follow-up on an issue with the auto after 2 mo., and the last contact went unanswered altogether.

Update 2: I recently traded the VW, so I called the dealer to cancel the Extended Warranty. I completed the form and submitted the information they needed. Couple weeks went by with no response. After contacting via email, they were vague and just said it was submitted on the cancellation date (so before the paperwork was submitted - LOL). I received notice from VW that the cancellation was submitted and processed a few days later. Two months later, I had to follow up to see where my refund was. First they stated they didn't think they got it or maybe was sent to VW Finance. I had already submitted the letter they requested showing it was paid off. I also contacted VW Warranty and found out that the dealer received my refund within a week of submitting my cancellation. After another follow up, they said they weren't sure of my address, which I had filled in on the form for the cancellation. After keeping on them, I finally got my refund, TWO months after I should have. In short, DON'T TRUST this dealer. They also wouldn't return calls, although the email trail is better should you have to fight them in court.

Updated. 3.5 yrs later. Went in for an oil change with their 24.95 special ( that includes a mail in rebate ) plus a tire rotation of 17.88. Total bill was 74.58.

To add insult to injury total wait time was 2h 5min as they promised 1-1.5 h. Horrible

Purchased a "Certified Pre-Owned" VW Passat with ~9000 on the odometer. Car is fine but the "112 point " certification process definitely did not cover the tires. They are Continental Conti Pro Contact and they are developing what proved to be the very well known sidewall failure. Right now the bulges are barely visible but can be felt by touching as well as auditory during driving. The dealership refuses to take care of the issue saying i quote "we cannot take the cost of replacing them". It can be done only through them apparently since Continental refuses to extend the warranty benefits to preowned cars indifferent of mileage.

When i have arrived for the service appointment and shown the bulges to Service Advisor Sean R. he said that is perfectly normal. I have gone inside to show them that they have that issue on a display set as well and said that is nothing out of the ordinary.

Taylor was outstanding. Throughout the whole experience I felt at home and worry free. I didn t feel like I was talking to a salesperson, but a friend. He has terrific customer service and great knowledge of everything that is Volkswagen. If I could go back and do it all again I would ask for Taylor 10/10 times. I will tell anyone looking for a car about my amazing experience with Taylor and the sales manager. Taylor deserves high praise and an even bigger raise.

My wife bought a Nissan Pathfinder from this deale...

My wife bought a Nissan Pathfinder from this dealership last year and unfortunately had a difficult experience. She test drove the vehicle and felt that it was very loud on the highway. She was told that this was because it has a continuous transmission engine, which are typically louder in nature. Being unfamiliar with these newer engines, she trusted the salesman that this was a normal noise, and bought the vehicle because everything else about the Pathfinder was perfect. After driving the vehicle for a couple months, I realized that there was no chance this loud noise was normal. I was very skeptical about this dealership, so I took the car to an actual Nissan dealership to get it looked at. $700 later and the vehicle is silent and runs perfectly, so clearly this was an issue from when it was sold to us, unrelated to the engine, which is what the salesman tried to attribute the noise to. When I spoke with a manager about the issue, I was told that nothing could be done because of the timing of the complaint months later, and because we didn't bring it back to their dealership to get it looked at. I tried to explain that the timing was delayed because initially we trusted this salesman that it was normal for the engine to be loud, and also why we took it to a different dealership because it was clear to us that the maintenance and sales teams at Keffer VW did not find this to be an issue when it was on the lot. Unfortunately, did not find this to be a reasonable explanation and said nothing could be done. We do love our vehicle now, but we wish we would've been more cautious when trusting the team at this dealership.

Horrendous Service Experience- Stay away! I brought my car in for a service recall. When I got home I noticed that my headliner in the back had been damaged. I brought it back in to have it fixed but the Service Manager refused to accept responsibility and fix the headliner. I am 100% certain that this damage took place while VW had my car. I will absolutely, positively, never return this dealership and this is the last VW automobile I will ever own

I was potentially an out of state buyer and I understand any apprehension Keffer VW had towards working with me on buying a car from them. That being said I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way they treated me. The salesmen working with me never really contacted me back regarding any questions or concerns they or I had. The only contact I got from them was regarding missed or incomplete information on my part. Furthermore, I expressed interest in ONE car and one car only, and they sold it and never contacted me about it. Not that it means much, but I will NEVER attempt to work with any dealership in the Keffer auto family ever again.

Brian Wiles and Greg Hovis were great! After price negotiations, I had to drive 3 hours to test drive and inspect before deciding to purchase. They were both there every step of the way and their friendly, professional manner made this one of the best car buying experiences that I have had; especially considering the pandemic situation we are all dealing with. I bought my first car, a pre-owned Toyota, from Joe. Since I knew exactly which car I wanted he was really quick and helpful, and made sure I got a good deal. There was quite a bit of paperwork since I'm a first time car owner and he was patient throughout the process. He made sure I understood the ins and outs of the car before I left the lot, and even made sure it was super clean and had new rubber floor mats. Thanks Joe!!

I purchased a VW GTI from Keffer Volkswagen this past week. Buying a new car can be an intimidating experience, especially if it is your first time. Fortunately my salesman, Calvin McRae, was very helpful. He was thorough and informative during the testdrive and the buying process. The final price on the GTI was fair and consistent with the True Market Value tool from Edmunds. Everyone at Keffer was friendly and helpful. I would easily recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I have hated the experience from day 1. I Have had problems with my car since the day I bought it 2 years ago. They keep telling me my tires keep going out of balance....well thats probably because of the SHAKING that my car does when it goes down the road at high speeds and low speeds. My car acts like it has a "limp" at low speeds and shakes like cazy at speeds of approx 45 +. I have had my car in for the same issue 5+ times and they dont have all of my service records. RIDICULOUS. I . would not recommend them to anyone. Go to Hendrick, they are much friendlier.

My experience at Keffer VW was inviting and personable. Luigi Gino Rocco Traettino (Gino) followed up with me when I made an online inquiry for a VW and actively listened to my needs for a car. I visited the dealership and Gino treated me with a level of customer service that I haven t seen at any other dealership. Gino presented me with a list of cars that met my demands and even informed me of a vehicle that will be arriving later that week. Gino called me when the car arrived and we went for a test drive to make a decision to purchase. Gino never pressured me but advised. Gino never pressured me about finance but gave me options. I enjoyed my car purchasing experience (Sales-Gino, Customer Service, Greeter, Finance and Maintenance) at Keffer and will be buying my next VW from Gino.

After shopping at South Charlotte Volkswagen, I was disheartened to find that none of the vehicles had prices listed on the lot. Instead, we wasted a lot of time searching for an advisor and then listening to him nebulously give us a range of prices for specific cars. To find the price of a specific vehicle, our advisor had to go back into the dealership and search for individual prices. It was extremely annoying, particularly since the thermostat read 96 degrees that day!

Next, we visited Keffen Volkswagen where we had a much different experience. Our salesperson, Keith Eason, greeted us at the door with a Gatorade. We had called earlier to inquire about a vehicle on the website. Keith called us back immediately to let us know that the vehicle was being serviced and that it would be available later in the day. He called us within two hours and then had the vehicle waiting at the door for us. Although Keith might not have been able to answer all the very obscure minutiae questions we had, he quickly was able to find an answer for us. He also made the car buying process quick (for a dealership). Whereas, in the past, it would take 3-4 hours to get through the application and financing paperwork, he had us in and out within an hour or so.

Highly recommend this dealership!

I could not have had a better experience. Three dealers were looking for the VW that my wife wanted. Austin Floyd at Keffer found the exact car she was looking for in a couple of days. Austin was a pleasure to deal with, and he came up with a good deal. Because of this experience, I will certainly deal with Keffer again in the future.

My mom got a used Mercedes SUV from this dealership a while back. The back seats didn t have any head rests, so they said that they would get the head rests for her in their agreement (its written down on paper). Well she still hasn t received them. She has contacted them and gone up to the dealership multiple times just to be pushed around and fed some BS. In the purchase agreement they agreed to get the head rests for her. It is dangerous for someone to sit in the seat without the headrest. If she got in a wreck the whiplash without a head rest could cause severe injury. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

I highly recommend him to anyone interested in test driving, purchasing or just starting to look around for a new/pre-owned vehicle. He's got the patience, communication and expertise as a salesman and I wouldn't have wanted to connect with anyone else in my car buying experience. Go see for yourself!

I'm very disappointed, not only did my wife have to drive over an hour to get her car fixed she had to wait 3 hours on two different occasions, but the lady goes to lunch and forgets to call my wife to tell her the car is ready. You need to offer loaners for people who call ahead and schedule.

I could not be happier with our recent pre-owned purchase at Keffer VW. I found the vehicle I wanted on the web, my wife test drove it and said that it was "the one" for her. Brian Wiles, our sales consultant, was exemplary in every facet of the transaction. He allowed my Type A wife to have the freedom she needed to explore the vehicle as much as she needed. Brian is a totally laid back dude, no pressure at all. That makes the buying experience so much easier. I generally prefer private party sales, but Brian made it so easy with upfront fees and prices that I was happy to give my business to Brian and Keffer VW. Kudos also to Sean Bartol in Finance. Quick in and out with no high pressure sales pitch with a bunch of add-ons. Highly, highly recommend Brian Wiles and Keffer VW.

GREAT experience with the Service Dept. Can't say enough about the great service I received from service advisor Tammy Hough. She was honest and went above and beyond the call of duty to get me back on the road. She kept me up to date on the progress of my repair as promised and was very knowledgeable of the whole process. I will continue to bring my car back to Tammy and Keffer VW.

Purchasing my new 2014 TDI Jetta was a daunting ex...

Purchasing my new 2014 TDI Jetta was a daunting experience, to say the least. I liked the car however the buying encounter left us with a very damaging impression of Keffer VW. Anticipating the buy back, my husband and I were not looking forward to the procedure, nor had we planned to purchase anything from them.
However...we were greeted by a young man with an amusing and entertaining sense of humor. He was anxious to help us and after hearing our story was supportive and accommodating. We were able to purchase a 2017 VW Golf Alltrack in a timely fashion as well as a great deal. He worked with us to get the payments where I needed them to be. I LOVE my car and working with KEELY MURPHY was by far THE BEST EXPERIENCE we've ever had purchasing any vehicle....and there have been many! Thanks Keely! You are the best and I refer all who ask about my gorgeous 2017 Golf Alltrack with the "Marrakesh" interior to you!!!

Although I really wanted this "relationship" with a dealer to work, it just didn't...It doesn't. I bought my car from them about a year ago, and today (my first oil change) they told me the wrong oil plug bolt was being used in my car, and it would need to be changed. Obviously they wanted to charge, until I reminded them they placed it there. Then they came back and said after further inspection, it was the right part after all. I just wish I had a mechanic I could trust.

I purchased a new car from Keffer. The first day was any typical trip to a dealer. We got a TEXT MESSAGE (yes my deal was all made through a text message becasue the sales man prefered it this way) the next day stating we were approved for the car and all we had to do was come down and sign then were were good to go. We show up and are there for well over 4 hours, only to find out they need several more documents from us in order to get the car. It would have been nice to know this before we wasted a trip down. Then we get into finance and had to resign our contract twice becasue they had all my info wrong. Finally we are on our way out to get in the car and they come running out with a whole new contract because yet again they messed it up again. Finally we leave. The next 3 weeks were a nightmare, I was contacted almost every day with the finance guy because he needed assistance. They never even sent my file to the lender after all this time! Needless to say I ended up bringing the car back becasue my car payment was due on my trade in and I needed to get that taken care of to protect my credit. We dropped the car off and had to wait almost an hour for them to give me my registration card and deposit back. THEN they lost my key! So we had to go back down the next day to pick that up. This place is a NIGHTMARE and I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to them. What a JOKE!

Darryl is awesome! This was the 3rd car we have purchased at Keffer VW, 1 being the Jetta I just traded in for a new 2014 1.8T Passat (Wolfsberg Edition). I am absolutely in love with my new car. It was a very simple negotiation on my trade-in, signing of the paperwork, and meeting with Sean with finance guy! They didn't pressure me into buying anything extra and I didn't have to fight too hard to get a good deal on my 2012 Jetta I traded in because Darryl made it happen! Not to mention this dealership has outstanding specials on their cars, why would anyone pass an opportunity like this up?

Again, Darryl was the best sales guy I've ever bought a car from and with it being my first car (in my name), I wouldn't have gone anywhere else! I had such a great experience here the other day. This was my 4th time buying here at Keffer VW and this was by far the best experience. Chris, the general sales manager, William, the salesman, and Sean in finance went out of their way to make sure they took care of me the entire time I was there. I drove off the lot feeling great and that s all I could ask for. Thank you guys, I appreciate it more than you know.

I had Brian Brinson as my sales guy and was a pretty straight forward and seemingly easy guy to work with. He stood out in the freezing cold with me answering questions for a while and then when I came back he remembered who I was. I didn't feel pressured to do anything and after looking at what some other places cost and what others paid, I can say I came out at a very fair price.

We recently bought a vehicle from Keffer Volkswagen and ended up buying the first vehicle that we looked at. The people at Keffer always seemed interested in making sure it was the right vehicle for us rather than just making a sale. After we purchased the vehicle it turned out that the ac compressor had a problem and Keffer fixed it at no additional cost, even though the vehicle had been listed for sale as is.

The whole process was simple and easy as they were family friendly and took the stress out of car buying.

My Keffer experience was not a smooth ride but it was a good experience. I found my 2007 EOS online and immediately sent an email request for information. Daniel responded and answered all of my questions with great detail. The car, however, had not been delivered to the dealership yet, so I had to wait a few days before I could take a look at it.
I included in my email that I was driving quite a distance and wanted to spend as little time as possible on the paperwork side of it. That being said, Daniel did the pre-approval and discussed financing the vehicle before I ever arrived.
I've purchase vehicles from dealers in the past and salesman come at you in droves...I was pleased that the experience on the Keffer sales lot was nothing like I had experienced in the past. I was met in the parking lot by a salesman who asked if he could assist, and I asked to see Daniel. Daniel, nor most of the staff, was not dressed in a stiff shirt, and his personality reflected the same. It was like doing a car deal with my big brother. He got me in for a test drive rather quickly and he wasn't surprised when I liked the car.
My hiccups in the deal came a little later on. The wait for the financing manager was a long one. It was not the in and out process I had hoped for, and the I left knowing the car had to go back for a small part replacement.
Coordinating the return of the car to the dealership was all orchestrated by Daniel as well. He had a driver meet me on a convenient day and Keffer loaned me a car while the EOS was being worked on. I had some concerns about the convertible top during the time I had the car, and the service department kindly took care of that as well.
Long story short, the ride (purchase procedure) had some bumps in the road, and a small tight corner to get around, but at all times Keffer's staff, especially Daniel, was there to answer any question, address all of my concerns and now I'm proud to be a EOS owner.

I recently bought a new 2016 Passat here and I cannot say enough positive things about the dealership, my sales consultant (Daniel), and the entire experience. Daniel was attentive, fun, professional, respectful, and he made the car-buying experience (shockingly) enjoyable. I would highly recommend Keffer VW to a friend or family member looking for a new vehicle.

I was exceptionally pleased with my salesman Marlo...

I was exceptionally pleased with my salesman Marlon Morris. He was knowledgeable and a good listener - he answered my many questions about the Tiguan but he didn t bore me or push me with some canned speech.

As we proceeded to negotiate the price and trade-in he remained upbeat even when I was close to walking away. Eventually we did find an fair middle ground and made the deal.

I have recommended Marlon to my friends. I m confident you will have a good experience.

Good experience. Make sure you ask for Tony! He showed me the car, answered any questions I had about the vehicle and the dealership's policies. I was buying from out of state and he went as far as to make a personalized video of the touch ups the detail team had made to the car to help me feel more secure about buying out-of-town. They were not pushy on financing or other vehicles. Overall, I enjoyed buying from them, and the level of service Mr. Ramos provided helped me make the final decision.

If you are looking at their pre-owned cars, don't. First Daniel tried to sell me a car that had a carfax that looked like a Hurricane Sandy re-hab, then he kept my registration on my own vehicle, forgot to return it, and I had a make another trip to get it. Check the car-fax - if it was sold out of NY/NJ after last fall (2012), I'd stay away - it's been all over the news...

Great experience and service team. Rick and Justin were super helpful finding the right new car. No pressure and no bs. The way it should be. Dewayne was also super friendly. Everyone was. Happy to be a customer and will definitely be back for future vehicles. Again, awesome customer service!

How would you feel to walk into a dealership and not be acknowledged..to have someone sitting at the front desk on a cell phone and not even look up to acknowledge they see you standing there. To pay over $800 to another service repair place and have it taken in by Keffer who was still paid by the other repair center to make the repair correct but have them not stand behind their work..to not have heat in March and have the same issue again in November and given a quote for almost $800... To be given two different estimates for the same repair by two different dealerships that has a difference of $100.. To be judged by your race and sex... If you want to know how that feels walk into Keffer Volkswagen or even Hendrick.. I guess the one thing consistent with Volkswagen is they love to lie.. Mistreat you and overcharge you... Now that's not a lie

Rick Holland has assisted me with 3 Volkswagen Purchases over the last 3 years. All of the experiences have been excellent. The last purchase 12/08/2017 was even better than the first two. By doing the pre work I felt I was getting a great deal, yes I did shop Carolina and VW South, and I was in and out of the dealership in record time. I did finance a portion of the vehicle, even that was a quick process. I would recommend Rick and his team any time you need a VW. Brian Wiles assisted this time in the purchase of my lease Monday July 20, 2020. Great experience. THe most impressive is the team work from Danya, Brian, Finance and courtesy throughout the dealership. I do appreciate the professionalism as well as the masks and distancing. Thank you.

Had the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially our sales person Taylor Greene. He made my experience unique. From the front door to the time I drove off with my new Jetta home.He went the extra mile by getting under a torrential rain to retrieve some stuff that I left behind out of my old car. He was very knowledgeable and answer all the questions my husband and I had. I want to thank him for making my first experience with VW one to remember. He exceeded my expectations!!!!!!!!

I wanted to express my thanks to the Keffer VW team for making my recent service (working with Angela) and buying (working with Danya and Chris) experiences very satisfying. The entire team is very responsive and always focused on exceeding customer expectations.

I signed a new lease with Danya for a 2020 Tiguan R Line and was very pleased with her no-pressure sales approach, product knowledge, and desire to satisfy my specific needs. And Chris (General Sales Manager) did an excellent job in providing a fair and professional negotiating process. Thanks to all at Keffer.

No pre-estimate, cause unexpected bill. While one manager assure "don't worry its under warranty", another worker bill you at double rate, and add labor at services what was promised be at no charge. After their service my car started shake after engine starts. Tammy who was smile and promised almost free service, finally disappeared and even didn't give call back neither her worker, nor customer. I totally don't recommend choose this Dealer for your car needs.
