If I could leave a half star I would. Terrible experience at this dealers service department. I dropped off my vehicle via AAA 3 weeks ago. I was having issues with the vehicle starting. I was told a service advisor would reach out to me. After 3 days of not hearing anything I called and left numerous messages for a vehicle update. I called numerous times and left numerous messages. After 2 weeks of no communication I finally got the manager on the phone. I was told my vehicle was next in line to be diagnosed. Another few days went by still no communication. Called left another message. Finally got a text message response. After it hit the 3rd week of my vehicle in the shop I finally got a diagnosis. At that point I picked up my vehicle and took it to another shop who got the diagnosis and repair done within 2 days all while communicating. I understand being busy, but decent customer service would be communicating with your customers, especially after they have been calling and leaving multiple messages.

Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. They made buying a new car a pleasure with none of the anxiety that often goes along with purchasing a new car. I worked with George Athens and he was terrific. He is very knowledgeable, patient and made the experience a pleasure. I highly recommend Keffer Hyundai and Genesis.

Drove almost 4 hours to look at a Sonata. Keffer Hyundai is a huge dealership. The showroom is very clean. My sales rep let me take it for a spin with no hassle. Everything felt right. My finance guy crunched the numbers and got em where I wanted. Drove the car home.
There was an issue was with obtaining my registration and license plate that jammed me up for almost 2 months.
Long story short, With patients and persistence on my part they took care of it = Happy customer. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership (just make sure you get your registration and license plate ASAP). Thanks Keffer Hyundai

I enjoyed my experience here at Keffer Hyundai. I was able to get into my dream car ( 2019 Hyundai Veloster Turbo ) rather smoothly. It was my first time ever at a dealership for myself and Jennifer took care of me. She was very straight forward, to the point, good energy, knowledgeable, and made sure I was taken care of from beginning to end. I was pleased with the deal made. From start to finish this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely be back there when I'm ready to buy again. I absolutely love my car. Farrid is the best salesman I have experienced. He is extremely welcoming and makes you feel you can trust him. Chris found me a better car than I expected. Would definitely recommend these guys.

I had the BEST experience at Keffer Hyundai!! Sales mgr Chad Fickert and car agent Chuck Richmond as well as our finance guy were 100% AWESOME to work with. I highly recommend Keffer Hyundai and their team. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Not only did they help me with my new car but they also helped me purchase a new vehicle for my teenage daughter.

Got an oil change and tire rotation. Took an hour, as expected when getting service. Nice looking inside with comfortable chairs while you wait for Sercice. Only thing that annoyed me is that I almost got a headache while waiting in the building. Just about everybody in the building is talking and some of the dealers were extremely loud talking to each other. Plus they told me I had to wear a mask (even though the mandate was lifted), yet half of their staff was maskless.

They didn't have the first two cars we wanted, but Omar was great and with the help of his manager, were able to find us a better car, slightly more expensive, but in our price range with low miles, extended bumper to bumper.

They are aggressive salespeople, but not pushy. They heard what we wanted and needed and worked with us. We even got a great price on our trade in. I'll definitely be using them again. Ask for Omar, he's great to work with.

The process was professional, friendly and customer focused. Kudos to Andrew our sales rep for going the extra mile to find us the car that fit us and met our needs. From the sales staff to the finance team it was a great customer experience for us. The deal exceeded our expectations and we will recommend Keffer Hyundai.
Again thanks to Andrew for exceptional service. Really same to all the team, especially like the no pressure approach.

I had the wrong appointment date yet they took my car anyway. They applied two recalls on my vehicle and it was ready a couple hours later. Very friendly and knowledgeable Service Consultant, Selena also recommended two tires. They not only balanced the tires, but also did a 4 wheel alignment. I m a very happy customer. Highly recommended.
