My bicycle dealer should send the rear wheel to Lange.
It takes the Lange company 15 days to determine that they do not have the freewheel and the scar in stock.

As a dealer, I removed an almost new defective engine as part of the guarantee at my expense, sent it in and installed the new one again. I was asked by phone the next day to reimburse the costs. I have been promised that postage and labor will be reimbursed automatically. Unfortunately, it was not like that. Now it is true that it has been internally verified that the costs have not yet been reimbursed. But since eight weeks had passed instead of four weeks, this process could no longer be booked and I had to bear the loss myself. In my eyes, that's a very cheap excuse. Eventually I was told on the phone that my expenses would be reimbursed. This is definitely not how service works!
