If I could leave a half star I would. Terrible experience at this dealers service department. I dropped off my vehicle via AAA 3 weeks ago. I was having issues with the vehicle starting. I was told a service advisor would reach out to me. After 3 days of not hearing anything I called and left numerous messages for a vehicle update. I called numerous times and left numerous messages. After 2 weeks of no communication I finally got the manager on the phone. I was told my vehicle was next in line to be diagnosed. Another few days went by still no communication. Called left another message. Finally got a text message response. After it hit the 3rd week of my vehicle in the shop I finally got a diagnosis. At that point I picked up my vehicle and took it to another shop who got the diagnosis and repair done within 2 days all while communicating. I understand being busy, but decent customer service would be communicating with your customers, especially after they have been calling and leaving multiple messages.
