This company could careless about safety. I had one of their trucks cut me off on 83 and as he was getting in front of me his truck hit a bump and at least 80-100 rocks came out of his truck and hit my car on the windshield and front of the car. I was wondering why he would be going over the speed limit as he's hauling rocks. (I couldn't see the rocks until they came at me.)
Every bump on 83 (road construction) hits rocks were flying out and bouncing back to my car even though I distanced myself. They were about 2" around. I have called 4 times now and no one cares to return my call. I called as it was happening and freaked out on my message3 as he was going to cause an accident as I almost hit the cement rail when his rock came showering down on me. I motioned to the driver like what the Hell? He refused to look at me. I have chips out of my new car and I am not stopping till they call me. Next is the cops to report them
OMG update : Mark from safety said told me there were no rocks in his truck and I have to prove it....yea like I really need to call while its happening because I am a LIAR......I am going to call OSHA and the police and ANYONE else I can to make sure they pay for this one way or another. Probably about a 300 repair to my car and they would rather tell me PROVE it. WORST COMPANY EVER. he LAUGHED AT ME.. He did not care that I almost was in an accident. I KNOW THAT TRUCK HAD ROCKS IN IT THAT DAY!! MARK IS GOING TO TAKE THAT COMPANY DOWN...SAFETY MY BUTT. I played the message to OSHA to show how they deal with safety concerns....He was shocked to say the least. I pray every night. now OSHA gets them and Karma too
