Due to the diesel manipulations, I was asked to "retrofit" my vehicle with a corresponding software update. That's why I gave my car to KBM today. Both the staff at the front desk, as well as in the service are overall rather unfriendly and seem annoyed. In addition, I got a phone call by the customer at the other end was scrupulously treated and the body language of the operator did the rest. From my previous workshop, I was used to getting the vehicle back at least washed. Not even this was the case, although that is certainly the least that you can expect when cheated.
I definitely can not recommend the KBM in Neuwied!

After changing the car dealership because of dissatisfaction with the service, my vehicle was inspected for the second time today at the KBM branch in Neuwied. It is always a pleasure to visit this dealership. From the reception to the workshop only friendly and highly motivated employees. My service consultant Mr. Metternich always looks after me excellently and has the right answer to all questions. The communication works great! I would also like to highlight the workshop, even if you do not have the insight there, but the vehicle comes like a new car from the workshop, everything clean and well maintained! That's how you imagine a perfect service.

TOP performance on my Benz! KBM is highly recommended. Reason: after a sudden engine shutdown on the A3, the vehicle had to be towed from the ADAC to KBM. Thus, unannounced and also in the afternoon, KBM identified and fixed a fairly hidden fault on a relay within 1 hour (!!). A spare part was in stock. Along the way, KBM was able to identify the cause of a latent body problem; something that other DB workshops have so far not been able to do. My day was saved. THANKS again for the good job !!

I had my vehicle examined there. I signed an approval for the insurance, but I asked if the parts would be ordered immediately. The employee said no to me. Everything was fine after a week, I changed my mind and then wanted the insurance to pay me off. Called Mercedes Benz KBM in Neuwied and canceled it. The lady on the phone confirmed it to me. After 6 months I got a call; when I bring my car over to have the parts installed. I described everything to the employee. And the fact was, I have to buy the parts for 1,599.99 even though my insurance company has already paid the money. So quote:

- Very bad advice
- Service insufficient
- rude
- The leader couldn't help me, he didn't even listen to me
- Although I was interested in a new vehicle
- They didn't help me
- Lies are told that I DIDN'T CANCEL it by phone, EVIDENCE AVAILABLE

So I advise EVERYONE who goes there they just want to make money It doesn't matter to them whether the customers are satisfied or not !!!!! One star is too much.

I have been with KBM for several years with several vehicles and have always been satisfied. Recently there has been an increase in customer traffic and sometimes waiting times. Please do not relax!

Totally incompetent!

Sprinter had power loss. I'm insulted 3 times to this company with a request for correction!
All the investigations that I had done so far were repeated several times. The mistake was still there.
The error was also displayed in the star diagnosis, but dismissed several times by the master with the words "that has nothing to say". (Cable break or short circuit) Also, the time that could have been used for the repair was used to explain to me the nonsense the cardiac diagnosis occasionally indicates! (Why use these, if so?)
At any rate, in the area of the turbocharger, there was a suspicion (trial and error for the customer's lethargy instead of knowledge, comprehension and ability - and this in view of the allegedly extensively described alleged service possibilities of the Mercedes company).
The peak of inability was after the 3rd pointless start, finding "turbocharger defective")
Since the company KBM had so far proven its inability very impressively, Unfortunately there is in the area of Weilburg Limburg almost no alternative to this "FACH company", I commissioned a representative of the manufacturer of the turbocharger to assemble the new turbocharger. What trust should I have after this odyssey, welceh now almost 6 !!!! Took months, still own! Besides, except for the incompetence up to this time, nothing was occupied, at least not in this case! Loader changed, error still present.
Then "Schnautze full of KBM". other small free workshop wanted. Error within half an hour found and corrected. Vehicle is running like new!

But -Has nothing to say-!
Then the refusal of KBM, at least to take a fair share, since the inability of the KBM staff have caused this damage, cynically, because I had not carried out the repair in a brand representation! I think that is the culmination of cynicism! Here in the area existeirt almost only KBM, and these calibers should be after the prehistory also trust ??????

My rating is primarily based on smart. Was here for the first time today. For the oil change I was called 1.5h. It was 2h. Given. Everything else worked fine, too. therefore earned 5 * for smart. What bothered me though: the cars in the smart tower and the tower itself are pretty dirty. In the yard are the (dirty) cars to sell around. This looks like a backyard dealer. Likewise in the "showroom", which does not deserve the name. So, when I think of Wackenhut, Widmann or the NLen, this is presented here completely loveless. Too bad, 1 * for this!

Used car purchase went great. Very nice staff. Promises are kept. Accessories installation clean and as described. Price for Mercedes trade-in also great. Highly Recommended! The 150km journey was worth it. Coffee very tasty too.

The first choice for the next Mercedes purchase!

Only the parking situation is sometimes difficult ;-)

PS: I'm a trained car saleswoman and know enough car dealerships from the inside. That's why I was positively surprised twice over here.

There is still room for improvement here. Initially, there are no signposted or designated customer parking spaces at the Smart Center. So parking on the street. The attempt to park on the site was stopped by a rather unfriendly and unfriendly staff, with no indication of parking. Test drive was uncomplicated and the advice from the staff of the Smart Center was very good. The two very friendly and polite ladies have made up for the first impression and I would imagine to buy there. Let's see what happens next.

The front desk staff is not professional. It would have been decent to offer a seat since I should wait. No, nothing was offered, I stood in front of the lady at the reception all the time. Furthermore, it seems that the personnel fail to communicate. Everything seems very unstructured and disorganized. Certainly 6 times the lady at the front desk went to the car service area because she wasn't competent to take care of everything at once. It was a constant and he, which I could feel very much as a customer. After I waited 10 minutes (without saying anything from the reception) I turned back to the lady, because I wanted to know how long I should wait (nothing is said to me). It was said for an hour. Many cars bought and leased commercially. Purchases went off smoothly, leasing very disappointing as opposed to buying. Both bad customer service and many problems with leasing returns. Can not recommend the company under any circumstances.

Wanted a price information for service B you took my data and telephone number after 2 days no answer .. I called again was forwarded to the responsible employee he said yes he would call me later he knew my name and vehicle data ..... again the same game .. am very disappointed. but luckily there are still some Mercedes workshops nearby where things are different. We bought an A class here and were very well advised by Mr. Klein. All commitments were kept. We were warmly received by Mr. Klein and given competent advice. I would buy a car here again immediately. Only the older receptionist could smile more! I give a whole 5 stars here and can recommend the car dealership without reservation.

I'm over the moon with the service,my sprinter was towed there in the evening after it broke down on the way to UK.Mechanics started to work on my camper straight away considering my situation and done the job by the following noon much quicker than told.Proffesionals.Plus they had to deal with me acting like an angry diva.Thank you so much

Never again KBM Neuwied.
We were treated very condescendingly by the seller in Neuwied.
He wasn't interested in selling us a new car, I think it was because of my outfit, we are currently building and I was still wearing work trousers, here you are reduced to your looks.
We then bought our new car from another Mercedes dealer.

I am generally not a complainer but also a customer. I have nothing to complain about with the workshop service (work carried out). I would particularly like to describe Mr. DRATWA as very competent. Only the ladies in acceptance might have to be trained in friendliness. I'm not saying it can't be hectic either, but I pay well for the service and on time.

From the first day of detailed and very competent advice (Mr. Kiel, always happy!) To the last service (Mr. Kring and all other service staff!), Everything always went perfectly. Mostly short waiting times relaxed with a drink and a magazine, the ladies do not let any hectic pace arise from the reception and ensure a hotel lounge atmosphere.
Thats how it is suppost to be :-)

Bad service, damages covered by the warranty are played down just so they do not need to be fixed. Head of used cars is extremely rude when it comes to covered rental car. Have issued a C43 AMG so deficiencies are eliminated and although other AMGs were there, I was given a poorly equipped A180.
