If you need more information, go to the sales room and speak to the staff there. I was always happy to answer any questions. I was satisfied and can recommend this car dealership without any restrictions.

Customers Service not worthy.
Factory callback for my Mercedes, I have made a appointment online for the callback, in 30 days, got a emails and everything.
Due to this corona-virus I called the service to ask if the appointment is still viable, being careful and above board, answer was that if I hadn't been previously announced everything is as discussed. (Appointment and verification via email)
Drove 70km for the appointment and surprise. The appointment is posponed.
Wouldn't you agree that you would expect that from a small time dealer not a Mercedes dealer?

I went again for a appointment, after I waited a hour I was told that I need a new appointment, although I made the appointemt online and I checked all the boxes.
I do not think that they treat everyone the same, because the people around me had received good counselling, but in my case:
First experience: bad
Second experience: worst.
The men in the workshop are very friendly. The management more sheen than being. In general, I felt only partially in good hands. After repair, it turned out that a wrong cuff was used and thus constantly leaked coolant.
Neuwied car workshop: very competent and customer-friendly advice when handing over the vehicle for inspection, complaint-free execution of the work, punctual completion of the vehicle. Invoice exactly to the cent according to the agreed price.
