Even today I'm still waiting for an unknown rep that call centre said I'll get a call from just to receive a device that I requested in May, I mean like May and now it's September. I've never experienced such a horrible service from a company in my entire life. My grandfather is using this device and he said someone approached his shop then he got interested, meaning if you approached this company you're too cheap such that they won't even bother to attend you.

I wish everyone knew how this company understand, worse even people from call centre will tell you to buy airtime and make a direct call to the office where the rep will come from (that what I was told while I was doing a follow up of a second request for the device). If they can at least tell me to forget it than waiting for something that is not there, what's the point?!

Kazang disappointed me honestly, but maybe I was expecting too much, what will I say. To all folks who's willing to request a device from kazang, expect the poorest service and also expect a device after school minimum of a year, that's just a friendly advice.
