Company runs on their employees money.

Company runs on their employees money.

There was time long long back when eveybody used to praise Kay roots blower for their quality, performance and cost-effective. And now is the time where condition has gotten worse as company is saving money by debiting employees money, not giving full-n-final post resignation, not giving bonus, no gratuity, nothing.
Also delivery period of the product very poor, quality- very poor, proffessionalism wise- very poor, client response- very poor. I feel pity how they treat their employees and clients and take advantages of their situations.

I will never ever recommend anyone to join this company untill and unless change happens.
