Overall for teens this is a great learning experience and I recommend if you never had a job before and you are looking for nice start. Great place to work and great product to sell. Tasks are challenging but attainable and the bonus/commission structure definitely pays you out for your hard work. The management is amazing. All of the managers I have worked with not only had extensive product knowledge but are also more than happy to take time out of their day to help employees with career pathing and getting them to where they want to be. The office/job is very competitive but managers find a way to make the competitions more fun and rewardin... I really enjoyed my journey with KATZ ...
