Its a normal Industrial Estate nothing special about it.

a Spacious Business Complex at a Brilliant location

The industrial units seem to be slowly but surely diminishing from this estate, being replaced by offices. They though need to improve their infrastructure such as the elevator, open spaces and cleanliness. It's a good address overall to have ones office space. Make your own toilets though!

Clean well planned , maintained ..for parking there is a Lane besides where h can park for 100/- for 2 hrs
