I had the pleasure of working with JT Thompson on a new policy for my home. The guy is amazing. Helpful, very responsive to emails and phone calls, friendly and very well informed. Best experience I've had with an insurance agent anywhere.

Wonderful office with a competent, welcoming, and helpful staff!

I can't thank Sue enough for all the help she has provided me in an unusual situation. I originally had an account here and moved to Georgia and transferred my service there but ended up canceling service. However, Sue has gone above and beyond in fixing the errors in the system even though I am no long a customer.

I love this office! I left another insurance company because I wanted an in-person agent, and I have never regretted it. I am so thankful to have the help of the agents at Kathy Powell's office. I've had two agents during my tenure and both were stellar. I always trust my agent knows what they are talking about and will help me get the best policies for my needs.

Anytime that I have to call the office they are always helpful and very professional. I've dealt with Leslie on several occasions and she has always gone above and beyond to take care of any of my needs. I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for great insurance and great people to work with.

Let me start this off by saying JT is AMAZING. I had an issue with the claims department (will not go into details) however, let me tell you it was a major misstep. JT EXCEEDED all expectations. I want to cry writing this review (if only you knew what happened, then you'll understand why I want to cry). JT went over and beyond to help me. He did not stop until the matter was properly resolved. This world needs more people like you who genuinely care about others problems. JT could have easily brushed me off and not did anything to help me. JT THANK YOU!!! Kathy Powell, JT is outstanding!!!!!!

J.T. Is outstanding! I called him 10 minutes before the office closed on a Friday afternoon needing a binder on a new car I was trying to purchasing out-of-state. He got it to me quickly and gave me his cell number in case I needed another binder written after he went home! Morgan has been great as well as the other staff in the office. Highly recommend!
