In my opinion the magistrates are CORRUPT and sleep in the same bed as legal aids especially CARA WILLIAMS from Legal Aid of Western Ohio. If your opposing counsel is sleeping in the same bed as magistrates here, your screwed!
I echo what the previous reviewer said about Magistrate Wright being partial to females. She will even put aside the best interests of children and defend drug-abusing mothers, (e.g. finds very poor excuses to deny requests for drug testing). It's a little scary, truthfully. She also hands out more temporary support than necessary. I guess this is nice if you're a woman but it isn't really ethical. I agree that she should be removed from the bench. Anyone may feel free to file a complaint to the Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
As a female, even I, clearly see how sexist Magistrate Wright is. She is extremely partial to females in her courtroom. Ladies, you'd better HOPE and PRAY you get her for custody battles and the like. I could give example after example of how partial she is, but I will stop here. Honestly, she should be removed from the bench....it's that obvious.
As far as medical goes if you are a diabetic im type 1. They told me I am ok at level of 300. My levels stayed at 300 to hi meaning over 500. On drugs i never let my sugar level go above 250. 250 is really high for me. I had my doctor get the report of the medication levels.The medical blames it on meals anmeals blames medical. No sorry medical not all diabetic take the same amount of insulin. You MUST COVER MEALS WITH FAST ACTING NOT LANTUS. VERY UNEDUCATED. THE SHERRIFF TRIED TO HELP AND TOOK ME TO HOSPITAL WHERE THEY EVEN GAVE MEDICAL THE CORRECT AMOUNT TO GIVE. MEDICAL STILL GAVE ME ONE TENTH OF THE AMOUNT NEEDED AND MY SUGAR STAYED AT 500. PLease if your a diabetic if you care for yourself ive lost eyesight feeling in feet and well i cant hold my using the bathroom. All these things happen after spending a month in the jail. They kept tellling me to not go to jail. Well if i ever have to again you will have to shoot me cause its suicide letting you control my diabetes.
