Let me start this off by saying JT is AMAZING. I had an issue with the claims department (will not go into details) however, let me tell you it was a major misstep. JT EXCEEDED all expectations. I want to cry writing this review (if only you knew what happened, then you'll understand why I want to cry). JT went over and beyond to help me. He did not stop until the matter was properly resolved. This world needs more people like you who genuinely care about others problems. JT could have easily brushed me off and not did anything to help me. JT THANK YOU!!! Kathy Powell, JT is outstanding!!!!!!
