Absolutely disgusting service and absolutely nice and delicious food.

Till the end of our visit we have to sit with full table of plates and napkins, waitress made all she's job with a bad grace.

The food was good, but the service was awful. Specially the barista with dark hair who was very rude and every question I asked from the cashier she interrupted and said NO.

Delicious buns and good coffee. Prices are certainly higher than average, but everything is delicious and beautiful.

Beautifully served, reasonably priced coffees in a cute building at the edge of the park.
The pistachio roll was to die for!!!

Extremely indifferent service, a place otherwise lovely.

We ordered 2 coffees and sat down. They took their orders to the people who had arrived after us. After waiting a long time and seeing that the managers took a break for lunch, we decided to ask what was happening. They told us that they only had enough coffee for 1 cup. We ask for our money back. We were lucky because we paid first and we did not ask for a receipt.

The service was beyond bad. We didn t know if she wanted to kill or to serve us. She was that unfriendly that it was really inpolite. But my cake was good.

This institution spoiled the mood for the wedding. The restaurant manager was disgusting. We booked the room on site. We were promised to completely close the second floor. When we arrived on the wedding day in the hall TOURISTS SITES. To my question to the waitress, why, we booked the whole room, I got an answer, I don t know anything, call the manager. The manager answered my question that they had nothing written down and said that it was necessary to express her wishes more clearly. We were promised a large two-story cake. On the spot we saw a mini cake, at my request to cut it into all the guests, the waitress replied that she would try, and the manager advised putting it on the scales, if we do not believe that the cake corresponds to kilograms. The service is disgusting. The waitress cut the cake and left, the guests had to eat in the dryer. When she arrived to pour coffee, the guests had already eaten the cake. I didn t ask anyone what she wanted, she brought coffee to everyone, although we asked for tea as well, then again ran away. The holiday was ruined

Lovely cozy cafe. Wonderful pastries, which are really big . Bakers do a great job. Definitely one of my favorite places again.

Awesome service by one guy last summer servicing us at outdoor. Can get crowded when family events in the park. A Place to get your macaroons!

Sunday afternoon, park full of people .., Castle cafe already closed, which is because the people who arrived at the concert starting at Kadriorg300 .. 7 pm, a lot of people then tried to visit the next cafe, . The second floor is also closed - it was said that there are no employees. It is not necessary if there is nothing to sell.

Within half an hour, the waitress on the second floor did not want to be interested, we left.

Very nice place, inside the kadriork Park, with tasty and simple dishes. Great to enjoy a summer afternoon, talking and having a drink too.

First time: Delicious. The staff are smiling, speak three languages and work fast. The location is great.

Second time: Delicious, terrible service. The waiting time for regular coffee is 15-25 minutes.

Excellent coffee shop. Delicious desserts and drinks. Price of coffee, cocoa and 2 desserts - 13,7

I was there a couple of days ago. I ordered myself a fish soup, to say that it was terrible, to say nothing. He was very salty, with three pieces of fish. Brownies and coffee were still less. But this place is not worth that kind of money. The dressing room was just disgusting, could not even go.
The only thing that pleased was the good service.
I do not recommend this place.

We were 2 couples and 2 kids. Served first only 2 of us. We had to wait 15 minuts for the other 2 dishes to arrive. They took very long time to bring the food for the kids, considering that it was the small meal. We also asked for one milkshake, that never arrived durig all the meal. So we had to go to the counter to ask for it. They said the guy that prepares it was in the bathroom (for 40 minuts?), and went back to their tasks, without telling when we would get it. They took like 10 more minutes, so we had to approach the counter a second time to ask for it. In the end we had to the milkshake. They did not apologise for all the wasted time and the uncomfortable experience. I understand if the place was a bit crowded, but an apology is the least someone can expect.
Beside the bad service, the food was really good.

Americano 2.60 , sour coffee, hot, portion ok, there are cakes, pastries, buns. It may not be in the morning yet. 8.20 came in and the counter was half empty. The hall is not large, but there is room. There is a terrace. But it is closed in winter. Excellent location in Kadriorg Park.

Absolutely brilliant pit stop for some lovely food and drink. You will not regret taking a break at this beautiful location. The service is spot on and it s very reasonably priced. I could not recommend it enough

The food is delicious and the pastries are also good. The barista does a good job and the coffee drinks are made correctly.
At the beginning of the summer season, the waiters are still cumbersome and the queues are long. There are a lot of visitors, but the service is not available yet.

Expensive but good cafe atmosphere on the corner of the kadriouru park. I especially like theie almond cake

I visited their sunny terrace today and ordered a quiche. I went to the bathroom and returned to see an empty plate on my table. Apparently they served my food while I was away and the birds took it. It was funny and I would totally understand if someone would communicate this to me but the staff were extremely awkward, ignored me for several minutes and acted like nothing happened. I found out it about the birds from the nearby table. It took some time to earn attention from the staff and order one more. In the end I was charged for both meals with no apology and zero communication . Overall service was slow and unfriendly

Place to grab a take away coffee before a walk in the park

Small bar near the Rahvapark park, outside the center of Tallin. A break with friends after the walk he took to the park. Cute and with good music. Two Americans and a 7 stained coffee.

We come here periodically, it s better not to take American, it is almost too diluted just like everywhere else, just black coffee is better. Baking is not all fresh, you have to be careful.

First impression: cramped, squalid furniture. At the checkout line, only one girl works. Coffee is delicious, snacks too. Prices are acceptable.

Very bad place I have ever attended in Tallinn. Service is zero. Three times the waitress approached asking if we want to pay the bill and sounded like she wants us to leave. The price of the salad (13 ) and its size and taste does not add up. Not recommended!

Authentic cafe with industrial elements. Small cozy place. But coffee, dessert prices are a bit higher than average. Small capuchino costs 2.90eur. Service stuff looks very tired. May be this was a reason of not too friendly stuff. There was unacceptable behavior of cleaning woman, she collected dirty cups and plates in plastic box and put it on the client's table between a couple. What??!!! How is it possible?

Pavlova cake portions are enormous and it is to die for.

Fair place with great location / view. Food is not great, mostly fuel-food, but the summer terrace makes up for it.

I'd eat elsewhere but would come back to Katherinenthal for drinks and the great summer feeling.

A bakery closest to the palace. Going a little earlier than the palace's opening hours and having breakfast here is the best.

Cakes were not that fresh. Double espresso is not double. Service could be friendlier.

Wonderful macros, the best. Sadly, an hour before closing, all the cakes are out.

The level of service has fallen in comparison with last year.
