Store of the well-known American brand for clothing and accessories purely dedicated to women and located inside the Oculus on the upper floor of the two intended for shop windows near the tunnel that leads to the 3 and 4 WTC. Staff very kind and available for assistance sizes or models and ready to advise indecision

Cute watches and cat bag. Needs more Shiba Inu stuff though.

Apparently, my experience in this particular store is not in par with the other reviewers. My second attempt in this store was yesterday evening, as I commute through the Oculus on the daily. Looking for 2 formal outfits (dresses) for a trip to Rwanda. Was ignored, stared at and made felt out of place. My first attempt was early May for attire for the Cannes Film Festival. I am DONE with this shop. Despite how pretty their window dresses are, the staff is simply awful. Yesterday, I ended up going to REISS , spent 2 hours with one of their stylist who made me feel welcome, appreciated and "important". Maybe the Kate Spade staff can take customer service lessons from the next door competitor?

Recently made a purchase by telephone. Staff was courteous and helpful in finding the particular item I needed. Service was prompt and attentive to detail. Even had a follow up phone call to confirm my details.

You can go in and browse. You always find something.

Cute store with cute items. It is a little on the smaller size but friendly staff and clean shop. Will be returning.

Love this store!!!!!!! Charming muses and lovely clothes, bags, and jewelry. Just wish that some of the clothes were machine washable and a tad less pricey.

Nice store. People who work there were very patient while my husband and I went back and forth on what items we wanted to buy.

Lovely Store and Attentive Service. The displays are beautiful and the sales people are available and helpful but not pushy. I always enjoy stopping in.
