Apparently, my experience in this particular store...
Apparently, my experience in this particular store is not in par with the other reviewers. My second attempt in this store was yesterday evening, as I commute through the Oculus on the daily. Looking for 2 formal outfits (dresses) for a trip to Rwanda. Was ignored, stared at and made felt out of place. My first attempt was early May for attire for the Cannes Film Festival. I am DONE with this shop. Despite how pretty their window dresses are, the staff is simply awful. Yesterday, I ended up going to REISS , spent 2 hours with one of their stylist who made me feel welcome, appreciated and "important". Maybe the Kate Spade staff can take customer service lessons from the next door competitor?
