There truly isn't enough space in this review section nor enough adjectives to accurately describe how incredibly magnificent this company is! Kate and her team of wedding specialist are hands down the best in the business. If you are looking for a planner, search no more, you have stumbled upon the best.TRUST ME!!! My husband and I loved and appreciated every step of our planning process and our Big Day! We joke that if we could have our wedding once a month, we totally would! Our family is still raving about the level of professionalism and warmth that Kate and her team provided. From start to finish they were intentional, prompt, thoughtful, considerate, efficient, solution focused and creative.

We planned a very intimate and personalized wedding in 6.5 months. Yes you heard me, 6.5 months!!! That's like two weeks in the wedding world. I should add that we planned our domestic destination wedding in Vail, Colorado (A place we had never been prior to our venue walkthrough /tasting visit), with Kate in St. Louis, Me in LA and my Husband in NYC (clearly your location doesn't matter, they can handle it). I know that sounds like a lot, well it is a lot. However, I never felt the weight of the nuanced logistical dynamic that we were in. I always felt like Kate was right by my side. Be it our budget meetings, virtual concept/design meetings or our weekly check-in calls, Kate always felt so close.

Kate has a knack for understanding and speaking the language of the couple. My husband is data driven and I am all about the feels Kate found a way to present all information in a way that met each of our personal communication styles. That is so helpful as you navigate difficult conversations while planning. Having a planner that was mindful of the two of us made planning seamless.

Our wedding day was a dream come true. Each detail bespoke to who we are as a couple. Each moment felt so intimate, special and the design was drop dead gorgeous!!!! Kate found a way to make our intimate wedding a weekend experience fit for Royals. We are eternally grateful for Kate, Kimmy, Jill and the entire City Blocks crew ( yes.. We had a private culinary team :) swoon..). Kate will make your wedding dreams come true. She is realistic, a stickler for etiquette and has an eye for details, all things stationery, classic and chic. You will not be disappointed by choosing her as your planner. In fact you will be blown away!

Kate and Company were fabulous! We had the most stress free wedding day imaginable! They took care of everything - including a bridesmaid's lost luggage. Kate and Co. listened to us and executed all of our dreams beautifully. They use reliable, creative and loyal vendors. The florist saw things he could "add"and did so without extra charge to us. The entire staff made our day so memorable and enjoyable for all of us! We would highly recommend Kate and Co!

5 Stars is not enough. I had the pleasure of working with Kate and her staff as they planned a beautiful destination wedding here in Charleston, SC from a distance back in 2016. Kate s attention to detail and professionalism is everything you want in a professional wedding planner. I would HIGHLY recommend her. As a professional wedding vendor in one of the top wedding destinations of the country (Charleston), I only wish I could work with Kate more often.

Kate + Company planned our annual holiday party and it was beyond expectations! While I know they're amazing all all things for brides and grooms, if you're looking for a company to really show your employees appreciation from a holiday party to an out-of-town retreat, they are the company to turn to! Worth every penny for their creative minds and organizational skills.

Absolutely the best decision (besides saying yes to my husband) we made for our wedding. Kate + Company was incredible giving great feedback after vendor meetings, taking care every little detail, and making sure our reception looked exactly like the garden fairy tale I pictured.

I have to say, after working with Kate + Co I am not sure how couples go through the process without a planner like them. They connect you to the right vendors and think of details that never crossed my mind. Also, when our venue needed to cancel a month out from our wedding, they handled every detail.. and we didn't know until after the wedding how much chaos had actually occurred due to the change.

I honestly wish I could give Kate & Company 10 stars! When anyone asks what was the best part of wedding planning, I immediately say "Hands down hiring Kate & Co!!!". My parents, husband and I were amazed at how seamlessly everything ran in the months, weeks, and day of the wedding!

Katie and Kimmy were absolutely amazing! After our first "getting to know you" meeting, I felt so at ease with them, I knew it was a great fit! They understood exactly what we wanted, plus added some elements that I could not have come up with in a million years and our wedding turned out absolutely perfect. Their creativity is off the charts! Honestly, I cannot say that one thing on our wedding day went amiss! Our guests are still talking about how amazing our day is, and I completely agree :)

I would recommend Kate & Co to ANYONE looking for wedding coordination or event coordination. These ladies know what they are doing! I am actually sad the wedding is over and I won't get to meet with them on a monthly basis - but I will definitely be hiring them again for ALL the big events in our future! These folks are so easy to work with, and so good at what they do! They're so responsive and timely, they have an eye for creative design and for following through on the details.
