Kaspersky deactivated my virus protection without telling me that is what they were going to do, AFTER, I told them, TWICE, that I wanted to keep the software active. They have repeatedly refused to either reactivate the license, refund the money in full, or do anything to make things right, even after I warned that I would file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and that they should get corporate involved. There was always problems with the software and their technical support, including the "escalation team", is basically, completely incompetent, in fact, once even saying that the glitch I'm experiencing is how the software is designed to function, when I know for a fact that it is a design flaw, one of several.
