Go Native Serviced Apartments Shoreditch London is the Grinch that stole my Christmas!
In November I was planning a business trip to London and I was making hotel reservations and I selected Go Native. Only after I pressed the button did I realized that it was non-refundable/non-cancel-able and then a few hours later my plans changed and I tried to cancel, but the only answer I could get was from James Phillips who said We have already booked it in our revenue and we cannot cancel it . The reservation was only hours old and the room was only taken out of service for that long. The charges are for over $5000, which will take me years to pay back, as I have very large medical bills from my recent neck fusion surgeries. I am a one man corporation, and I cannot afford to pay $5000 for something I got zero value for. I am hoping someone at Go Native, can understand, and realize that the mission of being greedy is not necessary, and the mission should be to make your customers happy. I am hoping someone at Go Native will have the human compassion and understanding to refund my money. This whole situation has ruined my Thanksgiving and Christmas Season. I am sick to my stomach for more than one month . Would you treat your mother the same way you are treating me? Put yourself in my shoes for a moment. Please help me.
How can you go to sleep at night knowing that your investments are treating their customers this way? Thanks for taking the time to read my email.
