Karsten Jahnke Konzerte und TourneenGmbh Review

KJ was in charge of organizing the German tour dates for the upcoming ATEEZ tour. Not only were they the only location that did "ticket lottery", making it impossible to get their desired tickets. They also announced a numbering the nights BEFORE the concerts, making it impossible for people to get a wristband if they're at the concert on the 14th. There's no transparent communication, rumors have started you cannot enter the venue when you couldn't get a wristband the night before the show. Both shows are on workdays, people have jobs and travel many hours to Berlin for the show. This disaster aside, KJ also did not provide any barricades between standing ticket holders and VIP ticket holders, endangering fans that will be pushed by others that try to get to the front of the stage.
KJ should NEVER again be allowed to organize a kpop concert because they do not know their audience and do not care a single bit about a decent fan experience.

Unfortunately, I have bad experiences in Corona times that I can read when the concert will be held again, so far nothing concrete. Bad service .. high cost .. please change !!

One star is too much here! Unfortunately, the cancellation of a canceled concert does not work here. The replacement date cannot be taken care of by me, so I expected a refund - but none. Here works with the customers' money and issues vouchers! A voucher that I cannot use. ATTENTION - not legal under consumer protection. Telephone customer service makes false promises! Absolutely unprofessional. The matter now lies with the lawyer. It was the last time that I bought a ticket here and I can only advise everyone against!

Probably the worst ticket provider I know. 10 minutes before the start of sales the tickets for Johannes Oerding on 04.09 were no longer available on the website! Then try for 12.09. To get cards. You will be kicked out shortly before the reservation is completed because the booking time has expired. You will be pushed away by phone after the 1st ring tone. Johannes please look for another organizer, it couldn't be worse ...

Unfortunately, nothing works. Page not reachable, phone number as well. Only bad.

If the event in the city park begins 20 minutes before the start of BEGINN and you, if you arrive punctually, unfortunately already half missed, the main band then also on the volume of the room despite clear complaint of the audience and the band itself, the drink queues partly 30 min. Waiting time and the security only semi-friendly respond to normal questions, then you can say that 50 / ticket are usurious. That was the first and last concert of the Jahnke Konzertdirektion for us.

If he's the only one to offer tickets for a concert, then the server should be prepared for such a rush. It makes no fun as a customer if you have 2 x the cards are already in the cart and then rausgeschmissen from the server because of timeout. By telephone, of course, no getting through. After an hour of permanent trying, I am frankly frustrated! Too bad! After almost 2 hours, it has now worked out. However, the graphic of the confirmation email is so strange that I'm not sure yet ...

By far the worst organizer! Does not adhere to legal regulations.
Tickets will not be reimbursed if the concert is postponed (neither refund nor voucher). You only get cheeky answers! Be sure to think twice before buying concert tickets from this organizer! In the end you only have trouble!

A big thank you to the ticket service of Karsten Jahnke! Very accommodating in dealing with friendly complaints. We were allowed to enjoy a great concert.

PERFECTLY in a few words !!!

Personally, I have had very good experiences with Karsten Jahnke concerts (Johannes Oerding, 09/11/20). Something was wrong with the tickets after booking, but I got an answer from the organizer surprisingly quickly and the wrong tickets were immediately canceled and the money was back in my account 10 minutes later. Even when friends of ours had to cancel at short notice for health reasons 1 day before the concert, I was able to return the tickets and we had 2 happy visitors next to us. If I didn't have any luck on the phone, I tried to send an email.

I also have to say that we were enthusiastic about the on-site processing, at least in our area. I myself work in a large company where everything is currently being done to prevent the spread of Covid-19. From the security to the bar staff, everyone was very calm and friendly and, in addition to disinfectants, always had a smile with them. If the rules were disregarded, I acted very consistently, but also here in a very calm manner. My highlight, in addition to Johannes Oerding and the band, was the lady at the toilets in the green area. She put a smile on all the ladies in the waiting area and was very helpful. She also provided us with disinfectant very well :)

Event has been postponed, for the new date in 2021 I am planned on vacation. No reversal of my ticket purchase. Here consumer rights are not fully taken.
"Since the relocation is carried out by the authorities in accordance with the Infection Protection Act, i.e. by a high hand, a cancellation is not possible." This notice has nothing to do with my consumer rights.
Now a lawyer is turned on ..... something like this works more professionally at eventim ...

Seats for the concert were not eligible. Although I bought tickets right after the presale started, we got seats behind the stage so that we could only watch the concert from behind. That was so disappointing. I would never have spent the money on that. The concept of a 360 degree stage definitely does not work, although the artist has made an effort to walk the stage.
