Personally, I have had very good experiences with Karsten Jahnke concerts (Johannes Oerding, 09/11/20). Something was wrong with the tickets after booking, but I got an answer from the organizer surprisingly quickly and the wrong tickets were immediately canceled and the money was back in my account 10 minutes later. Even when friends of ours had to cancel at short notice for health reasons 1 day before the concert, I was able to return the tickets and we had 2 happy visitors next to us. If I didn't have any luck on the phone, I tried to send an email.

I also have to say that we were enthusiastic about the on-site processing, at least in our area. I myself work in a large company where everything is currently being done to prevent the spread of Covid-19. From the security to the bar staff, everyone was very calm and friendly and, in addition to disinfectants, always had a smile with them. If the rules were disregarded, I acted very consistently, but also here in a very calm manner. My highlight, in addition to Johannes Oerding and the band, was the lady at the toilets in the green area. She put a smile on all the ladies in the waiting area and was very helpful. She also provided us with disinfectant very well :)
