Karstadt Review

Well. Typical Karstadt ... Somewhat outdated everything ... But relatively friendly staff. This branch has the greatest value because it is the Karstadt parent company ....

Offer and merchandise presentation are really appealing. The elevator and the customer toilets could really be modernized. Also a passage to the travel agency and the children's department would be desirable.

I think the smallest Karstadt you know. Nevertheless, a relatively sufficient range from the well-known range. Clothing, household, jewelry, etc. is clearly distributed over the floors, which can be reached by stairs or elevator (somewhat hidden). Toys and sports department can be found a step outside the main building. The staff sometimes made an annoyed and unfriendly impression.

Can not really say much about the department store was just a short while. It goes over several floors, I think there is no elevator. But the staircase is nice and wide and has a nice railing to hold on. The offer was what I have seen in passing very well and an overview of panels shows where to find what. I vary between three and four stars. Karstadt tries to be the egg-laying Wollmilchsau and only manages it here and there. The range of clothing is large, but especially in the men's area, it does not suit everyone's taste. But there is no competition for a gentleman Austeratter, Karstadt can be found somewhere in between.
